It’s worth noting that this year’s Days of Mischief includes SIX YEARS’ worth of cosmetics. The event isn’t designed to be totally bought out by F2P players, it’s simply too expensive. Best advice I can offer is to save up for what you can’t live without and then take comfort in the fact that the unbought items will probably return next year

Think about it. If you knew about this and didn't complete quest 4 which is dreams questline for the sake of having the teleport function to one guide. You're stuck with an incomplete aviary, there are like 4 more quests after that to fully unlock the place.

When I used to do it consistently and fully (many seasons back) I would get 15-20 candles. I believe the maximum you can get nowadays is also 20.

I recently got back into playing but only candle-run within my capabilities so that gets me 10-15. The good thing about candle-running nowadays is you get bulk of Candles earlier on during your run. After your chevrons deplete (the ^ next to the candle icon) candle wax earning becomes slower.

For the Hidden Forest specifically btw I tend to do everything save for the Treehouse, and I do not go to the Wind Paths unless I have a daily quest

Well that is how to go.. The firework staff is where you need to go, when the event starts there will be a meditation circle to sit at, and it takes you there.

Look, I've refreshed, left and come back, got off the game and came back later, and I've finished the quest five times.
The issue is with the game registering the quest as completed because I finished the memory before the ancestor sent me to them.

I did it out of sequence and cannot progress as a result.
