Unfortunately Traveling Spirit visits are randomized, and so far there is no time pattern to Special Visits, nor is there any way to predict when a spirit will return. Though as of right now, spirits seem to have a 1.5 - 2 year gap between returns.

In short, no, not likely to be anytime soon.

Latency/ping issues may interfere with the game, specially lately, as Sky servers have been a bit sensitive these days. You can do a test in speedtest.net and if ping is above 40/45, i'd say give that might be causing some issues. If that's not the issue, then it's most likely what Kat said.

Hmm. I don't think so, 15GB sounds good.

RAM capacity might be related tho, maybe you have too many apps running on background and that's affecting the game's performance. Even if these apps are not fully running on background, if there are too many running partially, that might cause some issues. E.g: messaging apps like whatsapp and such are usually always running on background, whether that's fully or partially.

Now, I'm not telling you to go and remove the permission to run in the background to all your apps, but you may have some that don't really need the permission and removing the permission for them might help improving the game's performance. What apps is up to you tho, it all depends on your needs.

It's also never a bad idea re-installing the game in case the crashing is caused by some sort of file corruption or lack of updates, you just have to make sure your account is linked and your Sky ID is in your notes before doing this so that you don't lose progress!!

If that doesn't work, you need to block temporarily some friends because the number of friends might be over the constellation limit (60 favorites, 50 acquaintances). If that doesn't help, and your number of friend types are below the limits, contact support in-game with the name of the missing friend.

I’m not sure if you guys can help me with helping my friends with this issue…

But 3 of my friends have been having issues where they know they are showing offline to friends while being online. And everyone is showing offline to them. They can’t send or receive light from constellations and get no notifications whatsoever from anyone in their constellations for being online and vis versa. They basically are forced and stuck to play alone because of this. And it started September 8th, 2024 with Eden reset.

And no, they did not block me. I have contact with all three of these friends outside sky.
