To my knowledge, Journey was developed by TGC, but it was under an agreement with Sony where it'd be Sony who actually owns the intellectual property rights to that game. I'd assume it's an internal agreement between Sony and TGC to allow it to be on all platforms, so I wouldn't assume that the other console-exclusive items would be made available in the same way

There are no capes offered for event currency, but there is a cape for 180 candles offered by the nature guide. You can get 4 tickets a day by collecting, and you can get more with ac or regular candles at the spell box in the aviary event shop or at the turtle in sanctuary

When there's an event going on, there's usually a spirit standing outside the door or extra decoration around that area. Admittedly still easy to miss since there's a fair bit of clutter in Aviary, but looking there is a good idea if you notice an event ticket icon next to your candles while forging your candles

Shards can kill you, yes! But chances are people will be there for you 🙂 I tend to do them when others are already mid-way so then you get it done easy! Red shards give eden candles, black give wax 🙂

Q1: Sunset happens from xx:40 to xx:50 every hour. Every time you enter and leave the Nest during that time counts as one sunset viewed (you need to keep going in and out constantly for those 10 minutes if you really want to clear all 30 in one go)

Q2: those items at the end of the challenge board need to be bought, yes -- and the first one we could unlock was for 99 ascended candles (guessing the remaining 2 items aren't particularly cheap either)
