This is weird, it only had happened to me while using an iPadOS beta (17.4b1 to be exact), it if you aren’t is best to try the following:
-Restart your iPad and look if there’s any updates
-Report it as a bug in #report-a-live-bug and
-try seeing if there’s any other app that has issues, if this is the case contact Apple support via their app

I believe what you're getting with that bundle is a gift pass that can be sent to another player -- you won't be able to use that pass on your own account. Gift passes have no expiry time and aren't bound to any season until it's actually gifted to a friend while a season is happening.

You can, if you haven't done Season of Shattering quests yet, each time you re-do the same shard it will present the next quest(memory) for you.

Once you finish all of these though, the Memory you complete will be random per red shard day, and it won't change from that memory even if you re-do it though.

• along the white candle trail you need to follow, there'll be a few cluster of three candles. light those and stay there; that's usually the safe spot aside from the checkpoint
• they have pattern, try to observe them and move quickly before the next time they approach the path
• deep calling usually brighten the place up a bit so you can see if any is coming. tho do note to only do this in an empty server (or if you're with friends, make sure they're okay with the bright flash first)

Hello QnH, I am trying to understand the Treasure Candle event:

Every day there will be four locations for Treasure Candles in each level from Daylight Prairie through Vault of Knowledge—that’s 20 Treasure Candles to gather Light from.

It means that the number of Treasure Candles increased, but our candle cap would remain the same. We are still getting the usual 21/22 candle cap. The increase of candle cake is just to ease our candle farm.

Was there any change in deer's appearance? Some people tell they can see deer without cape and without friend with cape (including me).

Though why you can see it without the cape, I'm not sure. I'm guessing it's a bug (otherwise the Radiance cape would have been an absolute scam)

Daylight Prairie. After you leave the social space and arrive in Butterfly Fields you'll want to head through the spirit barrier to your right. It leads to Bird Nest and here you just need to go straight all the way to the other side of the area. There's a wide tunnel in the clouds that's impossible to miss. Go through there and boom, Sanctuary islands
