You have all the spirits. Now you should meditate at Forest Temple and click the spirits with the red dots correspondingly.

Also, if you're talking about Underground Caverns, you'll need another person to do the stomp emote with you in the tree hold of granny place, or go there by windpaths (need to finish Flight quest 1)

I've seen some of them get disconnected often too during mid conversations or when they're socializing

I tested on my 3 devices just to check.
My mobile Sky would get disconnected often after some minutes.
My Steam Sky would get disconnected often after some minutes as well; But
My PSN Sky would get disconnected often after some hours (sometimes after a few or so minutes too).

I've been playing sky from my switch this entire time.. and ive recently got a PS5.. and wanted to connect my sky account to my Playstation Account... here are the things ive tried:

• On the switch, i can link many platforms .. I have all other login methods connected... EXCEPT for Playstation (it doesnt show / give the option at all)
• Ive tried connecting from my phone, my main account to the PS account.. it says there is already an account connected to PS account...
• Ive tried deleting the PS sky account.. and it says it needs 30 days.... i didnt wanted to wait that long so i tried the next step
• I logged in the PS account from my phone, connected it to my secondary steam account.. and tried to unlink the PS account.. it says "You are not allowed to unlink this login method"

Is there no way for me to connect my already owned account (Switch) to PS?
