Also one thing that helped me a lot was try to make music on your own. If you like a song, try to arrange it before looking for a tutorial or something. Understanding the notes and chords will give you a great boost in learning anything in the future so just don't be afraid and try new things, experiment on the keys and have fun !!

Just be sure to follow the background music, as key changes can be a bit hellish but generally follow the background music (like how the stream in Hidden Forest plays “Waltzing in the Rain,” which is mostly in Eb major but switches to A major)

If you’re familiar with music theory, you can try to just play the chord that fits with the note, thus implying the note is there while not actually playing it.
If not, then holding the note before for an extra beat and then playing the note after the half-step works as long as said half step isn’t that important of a note

Well, depends the device you're using, you can just screen record on iPhones and newer androids, from at least s10. And there's usually different settings before you record that will give you a way to just record the game audio. But if you're asking about the music in game, besides what you're playing, you can't get rid of that unless you're playing a sheet. Or if you go into a different area without bg music. Hope this helps!

Is it bad that my memory is so crappy that I can't memorize any songs? (except for Song of Time and very short Victory Fanfare)
I usually play while staring at my phone screen instead of the tablet qwq This way I can play most of the songs at normal speed or sometimes 0.75x if it's too confusing when recorded on Sky/too fast.
I kinda feel bad about it, but friends of mine are impressed that I can "learn" many different songs in no time and seemingly very good at the first try :')

i find that playing the song on a regular piano (if you know a little) can help transcribe it, or you can try to transpose a regular sheet into a key with no accidentals (c major?) and try in sky

as long as none of the notes in the song itself have extra accidentals you should be good!

forgot to add, if u decide to transpose then transcribe, then the keys on the sky board with both circles and diamonds would be the equivalent of c, the one in the middle c4 (middle c on a regular piano)

if its not on the board, it may be an accidental and youre probably gonna have to find a way around it (with a note next to or a chord) sadly

sharps and flats arent on the sky board to make it easier for people with no knowledge of music!

Use an app or sky, sky is very good since the instruments do sound right, but sky music is probably my favourite. Don't use sky music studios because it's the worst and it costs money and breaks all the tos rules and can get you banned on sky. Use sky studios or sky music or skyscores. Use your ears, music sheets never sound right without your ears and changing it. Set a BPM and a time and record your music to see if it sounds right and before and after is better. Repeat all these steps until you get depression and cry from suffering. Get the right key or it will sound like a nightmare. Luckily other apps can let you manually change the keys but then when you play it in sky it will sound weird. Add notes or you won't have a song at all. Add spaces or it will be a horrible song. Don't only add spaces or it will be a song of spaces. Man this makes me want to arrange the king of spades battle theme from deltarune. Be sad because people don't watch your music video and you react to others when no one does to yours because I do react to every music video I can, you can check. Cry because half of your friends don't know you even play music and you are really good at it. Try again after 2 hours. Do this for an entire day. There. That's what I have to go through everyday. Also realization that music on sky wasn't supposed to be like this. It was supposed to be simple, that's why there was no accidentals. Also do the closest notes to the accidentals to make it sound okay. Also roll your notes if you can't use all your fingers. Make them a rolling chord or use trills and suffer on how fast they are. Crash your friends games or make them sleep so they want you to stop playing music. Have fun at least. Music is fun. I'm probably quitting because, I don't get enough recognition, half of my music friends quit because of that. I miss them. Icy, Domorigato, Dreamfyre, Finetyler, GPRINAWE, Specy the creator of sky music, they either went inactive or quit. I hadn't seen them in ages.
