I'm not sure what you mean, when you send a message to @hardy carbon it tells you that TGC Staff will answer when they can. Perhaps you are thinking of bug reports from Skybot? Skybot has an extensive bug-reporting process to collect all important information, but it's for in-game bugs and issues and not matters that you need help from human support
