I’m not aware of any specific ‘experience’ meter in the help system. If you have a spirit which another player who asks help doesn’t then you can help them.

The guide system checks your collection of spirits. If you have spirits that someone else doesn't and they ask for assistance, you will see their "?" and honking reveals the spirit(s) they are missing.

A docked normal switch would have higher clocks available to it than a lite that can't dock. The lite is limited to the undocked frequencies.

Well I tried to fly with every manta in valley and it didn’t give me the mission but I noticed in the entrance grave of the manta voice spirit was the ? As when you need to relieve the spirit, I didn’t try to do it because I can’t see the fragments since they change the way you got them. And why the mission didn’t say “Relieve the manta voice spirit”?

The fragments for manta call appear one by one now. There should be ✨ guide for it tho, if not seen any u might wanna bug report it.
This quest is weird tho, people can complete in prairie, sanctuary, treehouse, even in starlight desert.
In my screen it says valley, but in other language says prairie

Yeah I'm confused now how this quest is actually intended to work. If they meant for it to be completed by reliving the manta call spirit, then why not just have the text say that? The wording is a bit weird, in addition to the mantas in other realms unlocking it which is probably a bug

Yeah, I remember doing the whole "fly as high as you can go to lose all winglight" and then let a friend stand close to you until you were recharged, but it was always a little random. It used to also work if you stood with your candle out on the constellation platform and someone spawned in.

Last I heard, the black and white tier 2 capes aren't ready, yet. Still pending player feedback. I personally am play testing black tier 2. So, if you search from:Uzephi#1337 has:image in:#beta-screenshots-videos you will probably find quite a few photos of black tier 2. I personally don't know anyone play testing white tier 2...

I don’t think it has changed much since then. I like how it kinda looks pinkish in darker lightings, and the dark blue purple underside color is beautiful too (especially when being charged), it’s a more vibrant color than the pale blue of the tier 1.

the tier 2 capes are intentionally simple and lowkey. they're meant to represent that the wearer is a good friend to those they encounter. the cost is not a direct correlation to the visual complexity of the item itself.

I still like it that Black Tier 2 is the only cape you can't see light fading when in rain or dark water due to it being Sky's version of vantablack. #beta-screenshots-videos message for the video showing the difference with other non-LPP black capes where you can see the "drain line" on the capes, but not black tier 2. (Is there an official name we can call that?)

Vault music plays in Starlight desert. I don't know if it was fixed, but quest transitions to other areas, like the quest to go to Sanctuary Islands... After the cut over to the Islands, and going back to Starlight desert, the music doesn't change back to vault music. This gave me the impression the vault music was just playing due to a null pointer to a music file that wasn't there. (This was awhile ago, so don't know if that bug was fixed or not since we can't redo quests or their cutscenes.)

I was expecting a new music/changed music when I transition into new area. Just like sanctuary or village of dreams etc. But I keep hearing the same slow vault music in the new area.(posted a video in #beta-screenshots-videos - the mic was on I think so the audio quality is 🥔 sorry!)

Back when I was testing the quests I noticed if you went home, and continued from the shrine, no music would play at all in the desert

After a few quests, the music that plays in the rose cutscene would keep playing until you left (but not all quests). It was lovely

The return shrine is a different beast. I remember during dreams testing... If you were in hermit area, return home, then use return shrine, go back to the village but try to land anywhere and ur sky kid will start a loooong walk up towards the hermit cave... back to the platform - the auto walk gets triggered. The one that the sky kid performs when the cutscene ends as u enter hermit Valley

Speaking of pin warp.. Has anyone tried warping with the prince? What happens if you use the warp to forest temple spell while holding the prince? 🤔

Just tested. Still no music when using return shrine.

Slow mode edit: warp spells in beta take you to the elder oob (except the warp to pineswood), so even if it worked, you'd be stuck in a small box until you went home and lost prince.

Refresh rate doesn't mean much. The silicon matters. I could slap a 120hz display on my Pixel 3a, but I know for sure, it still won't pull 60 fps in Sky. (It only gets to around 44 in low load areas.)

The next season's AP cosmetic designs are really dull and non-interesting to the point that I even debate with myself if I should buy the IAPs or the AP. BUT, the price for IAPs in my country costs around RM 49- RM 100. (you could feed 1 and a half families that amount of money)

if you are on android and using the default recorder on your device, that is something you need to take up with the manufacturer of your device or the developer of the recording app (which may be the same as the device manufacturer), that's not something tgc can fix. especially if the issue does not occur while using the in-game recorder (aka the google play tool you described as working fine)

The season gifts should be something special and recognizable right away, at least one of the pieces. None do that,but the iaps sure do

that said, the team does their best to ensure performance is optimized but there are always going to be situations where the visual fidelity is less than stellar depending on the capabilities of your device. as the game grows and visuals expand, it will inevitably makes things harder for aging devices to keep up, regardless of the manufacturer or platform.

Google Play Games recorder uses 720p or 480p for recording and uses a lower bitrate. This equals less device overhead. Android built in recorder uses the screen resolution and a higher bit rate. It's expected to use more resources. Resources being robbed from the game. The new update in live also has the new rendering, which could be more taxing on older devices not optimized with new Vulkan API calls.

I know, but also have to point out this community is a bit of a positive echo chamber. It is made to be so, which it's good, but also as a bad side which is to remain quiet about issues. I believe this gives negative feedback more value than in other communities that aren't as nice as here.
And overall the AP objects are fine, what I mean is that they don't shine when next to the IAPs. The IAP tweaking fixed it a bit, but IAP has the first scarf wings, which is revolutionary and good season material. Especially after no-cape existence and players being excited if it would ever reach live.

Hm... It's my simple thought, and I know that the design team does have a chart and focus of sorts, but I feel like sky doesn't feel like sky ever since enchantment/sanctuary to little prince.
What I mean to say is, even as someone who only sipped from the very end of rythmin, that I think that while TGC evolved, and a lot, throughout the years and seasons, the cosmetics and emotes lost a little of their ingenious charm. I don't really know how to explain now, I should sit and think more thoroughly about it before sending this.
I just want items for shared spaces that you look and them and think "yes, this is sky!" But they don't necessarily have to be something that already exists, but something that shows the pure ingenuity of the game

I would like to see a few things, actually. Of course, I don't expect anything, but it would be nice.

•A pastel aesthetic season or event, particularly meaning Easter or pastel goth influence. Imagine a Days of Nature/Bloom event for Easter where there's egg, duck, and rabbit motifs for the items. Maybe even adding more random eggs around the realms to find as daily tasks too.

•Bring back the turtle spirit from Light Awaits, but put him in Sanctuary island chilling somewhere. Bonus idea, visiting him daily could possibly give you randomized rewards such as candles, spells, and hearts. He doesn't have to be a spirit anymore, but seeing him return at all would be nice.

•The spot where seasonal constellations appear should have an up/down arrow to scroll through past seasons to see your progress on them, even if you didn't play during said season(s), but because of the TS feature. You wouldn't be able to upgrade the trees though, just view to keep track of progress.

•More calls would be nice. Butterfly, Krill, etc.

•Valley races should give a heart instead of a candle, amounting to two hearts a day.

•Overhaul of the friend constellation page(s). A search option would help players with more than 75 friends. A "light all" would help for players short on time.

•Start new players on the beachside of Isle like Light Awaits did. Starting in home just doesn't really feel right in comparison, and I've seen confused players not understand where to go from there. Bonus part to the wish would be to begin greyed out until you walk up the steps after the water, or after your first wing light is collected.

•A personal statistics menu. Most games have this feature. When you joined, how long you've played in one sitting (current session), your overall playtime since you joined, base constellations % completion combined into one, past seasons % even if you weren't there for the season(s), amount of friends (currently), total lifetime amount of candles/hearts earned, total lifetime friends you've had, total times gone through Eden, total times Krilled, and maybe even most worn cosmetics in your Sky lifetime.

•Chibi versions of every mask if you own the original chibi mask. It could be holding down on the mask you want to be chibi, similar to picking the alternative emote(s). This would be nice for those who don't want to ruin their tall height just to be small for a while.

Unlike the non-AP items from the Assembly Questgiver, the pants outfit will no longer be available after season of The Little Prince concludes, because they are copyrighted by The Saint-Exupéry Estate and we only have permission to offer copyrighted items for a certain period of time.

The seasonal spirits have original designs and cosmetics not found in the novel, so I would think that they would be able to come back. The things that are copyrighted are the prince's outfit (which are ultimates), the sword pants,, and the iap items. Those items would not come back

I don't have access to the contract TGC signed with The Saint-Exupéry Estate, but normally decisions about future plans after the agreed-upon promotional period ends are dependent on the success of the collaboration. Anything copyrighted is usually removed after the promo period (in this context, the duration of the season). The exception is paid or earned items obtained during the promo period, (e.g. outfit items are your to keep forever). The way i've observed collabs in other games is you have the duration of the event to get things you want and if you miss out on the event, it's gone for good. At this time, I do not have the specifics on how we will handle our collaboration after the season ends.

sometimes the texts in the message box on the left side may stay on the screen and not disappear and your game may crash, and this is still in the game since Season of assembly
Too bad it hasn't been fixed yet and the devs haven't bothered with this bug.

Use a different keyboard. It's the IME call of some keyboards that cause that crash. I switched to the AOSP keyboard and haven't crashed since.

As for why it's not fixed yet, bugs can take a while to be resolved. Take carry being detached through every transition. That took tgc over a year to resolve. Unless someone finds a temporary fix, all we can do is report and wait

Best thing to do is fill out a bug report specifying the keyboard you use. I don't use Swiftkey, but it may have the same IME call issue. The keyboard I use got fixed after giving details on which keyboard I use for easy replication of the issue.

it depends on the company, some fix fast in 1 month or less, or others take ages to fix a bug because of events, or lack of knowledge, or season, anyway several possibilities
Like the camera bug, something that could be fixed in a few weeks with a patch and that's it, but it took almost 2 months to fix, an almost simple bug.

Without knowledge of the Engine's source code, please don't make baseless claims on how easy or difficult a bug may be. Sometimes fixing one "easy" bug like the camera lock will break other parts of the engine. This the pain of coding.

I think this with the new relive past spirit system is how TGC can and will be able to resolve the server overload because of TS hype. They don't want that big emotions (less fight online), and they want less bugs. One could tell TGC could have widen server capacity but no host ever had a possibility or package to give extra capacity for 2 days in a month.

The guide feature that's in #news has the ability to tell the player that they have all the spirits in that area. Example: if I had butterfly catcher and confetti cousin relived, butterfly fields would tell me "you already have all spirits in this area" when I tapped the help find spirits button.

The spirits will probably come back as TS since they aren't exactly like the one's in the book and are TGC's own interpretation of it, but we'll see if the spirits will come back as TS or not

Only if you log in right before or right after the reset time, it seems to appear when you get your first piece of light. If you are moving or changing areas when you get a piece of light, it will not be displayed.

I think during testing there was a brief period that the animation played when you log in for the first time during the day, but it didn’t last long and got back to no animation if you log in after reset

I can’t really think of other use , I hardly ever use the shared space in the Treehouse tbh. The duration is too short for any meaningful experience. That's basically the only role the aviator has in the original story. The writer was an aviator himself and used himself to narrate the LP story.

You can mix & match on Closet Space and see what suits your taste. I personally love it with Standard Pants or Shorts and of course, the green PJ's.

But then again, I only have few seasonal pants to pair it with, so very limited option, but I bet it will look good with Jelly Whisperer's Pants 🤔
