Its not unfair to sell an item for the same price a year later it doesnt devalue the money spent nor does it devalue giving a very good cause some extra money. The reason it may not return will be due to TGC focusing on a different cause; not because some people want to gatekeep items from newer players

Once I accepted these, I was prompted to “create a new account or login with existing” and once I chose Game Center, it crashed

This afk system will actively hurt players who can't mother their game all the time. I have a friend who can't do a full realm on their own without passing out because of their photo sensitivity. So they get on calls with their friends, and afk while their friends take them to realms. It is still socializing through playing sky, just in a different way. And this system actively hurts their well being. They have almost fallen down the stairs while trying to cr on their own.
