At least currently the schedule is synced with Live, but there might be changes in schedule to meet testing purposes or they go on vacation to never be seen

Yes, TS aren't guaranteed in beta. If, for some reason the TS decides to go on hiatus in beta only but it's working in live, we don't get compensation for it missing that week.

Some people get the TS cosmetics to test for clipping with new cosmetics though. So, sometimes, for testing purposes, it's worth it to get the TS cosmetics.

The tent/canopy shields just your character from rain also. I think it should also shield other players, but we'll see if that happens in a future update.

After a lot of thinking, i decided to stop being a tester for beta. Since the iap in beta is free, it's really fun to use those item without buying it with real money(also bug hunting is fun too 👀). But since the candle system and the audio settings is finally arrived in live, i guess now i won't need to worry about grinding candles for 2 hours anymore and i also feel lonely there :( . I guess im gonna take a break from beta and enjoy my friendship in live. Whoever read this i hope you have a great day 🤗

The idea i have is to be able to transfer a travelling spirit back to their original location of their season. So you can relive their memories there.
Their constellations woudl appear in a seperaete menu below the main realm's constellation.
They would cost 100 hearts and 100 eden candles each.

so 4 star season constellations would cost 400 hearts and eden candles, and 6 600 hearts and 600 eden candles

No compensation. Beta is for testing and finding bugs. It's not a substitute for the full Live version of the game. As such, we generally do not offer compensation when players encounter bugs, even if they affect currencies or other important account features.

Beta is only a testing grounds. Go in expecting currency, items, gameplay and pretty much everything to break. Silver lining is that through things breaking here and us sending bug reports TGC can then patch them in the live game so we can all have the best experience.

Everything in beta is subject to change, it's not uncommon for later changes to come in that prevent people from obtaining all items from a season. We try to be extremely clear that beta is full of bugs and changes and that there are no compensations for situations that arise that cause testers to become unable to obtain all items. if this is a scenario you find frustrating, we highly recommend waiting for the Live version of the season where these things do not occur. In the event that they do, Live players are compensated for any issues.

I ...don’t like the idea of the AFK thing - especially because we have no transparency on HOW long someone has to be afk for this to kick in. They should at least tell us. Is it 5 minutes? 10? I often candle run with friends - some of whom are single moms with kids to tend to, dishes to do..some of whom are young folks with university assignments. This feels super overblown for ONE event. Transparency should be key with these sort of changes in beta so we can understand the actual parameters. A better solution would be force closing the app after a player is AFK for 20+ minutes or something

But doing something like this to address probably an insanely small amount of players who are leaving their device on is just overboard. Just force close the app when a player is AFK for too long. Quite frankly, I do not understand why you simply don’t talk to your friends if you’re not ok with ubering them while they’re afk. I do have enough time (currently) to get 5-8 candles with the new system, but not everybody does. When I did not have the time, but didn’t want to miss out on the ts (which, as we all know, requires regular candle running), I simply asked one of my friends if it would be ok if I tagged along and went afk. If it’s all about communication, really (and it usually is), just talk about it, I cannot see the problem here. It’s going to make your life easier in the long run if you learn to address things you’re not ok with ^^

it's not a bug. In beta, TGC doesn't compensate for any missed cosmetics. There was also a case in Prophecy where some players issed to receive 1 seasonal heart, which ended up them not getting the anubis mask in the end

It’s the lack of transparency that irritates me. Tell us how long the AFK feature is for if they don’t want us reacting to it immediately without testing it thoroughly. It’s like radar honk in beta - they didn’t actually say a word about when it was testing that they were taking it away. Everyone thought it was a bug. In beta at the very least there should be more transparency with these major changes

I don’t really like to talk dUring candlerUns since I try to do them as fast as possible for the person. After i UsUally offer to jUst hang oUt and chat if I got the time. I do that becaUse they might be bUsy and need it done fast or i might need the same. Also ig when we are addressing socializing issUes, SEARCH BAR FOR CONSTELLATIONS I miss my old friends and I can never find them to socialize with them. Yes I know I have best friends bUt it is not enoUgh. PlUs I can’t Uber someone I am friends with, it takes to long to find them which means i am missing oUt on player interaction when i finally can speak with them. Like my friend and I are usually roleplaying on discord during our cr and are quite active (although my friend tends to multitask a lot so their responses can be late) but in game it just looks like I’m dragging a friend and stop every few minutes and then continue... and occasionally my friend helps me burn plants or recharge me but that happens quite rarely

TGC is literally just asking us all to play the game actively and the way it was supposed to be: a social and interactive game. Then close it and go do something in real life instead. Someone afking in home does no harm to no one. They are minding their business doing their own thing obviously. If someone is seeking to chat and connect, they are perfectly capable of finding someone else that wishes to chat and connect. Not everyone can be so social at all times while playing.

Just look at it this way, when you're playing Identity V and you don't interact with your screen for a while, you're marked as AFK and the game (sorta) controls your account for you. This is the same with other games. It's a totally normal part of gaming. If you're playing, you should actually play. If you have other things to do, then leave the game and return when you're ready. Plain and simple.

I think that is a good if you AFK while your friend drag you, you will not get the light at all. That if you really really not interact with your character at all
