I just realized that the treehouse is abandoned and broken because it was a long time since there was someone inside,and the spirit's memories are from the time before they built it. The spirits inside the treehouse also display a memory(?) from the time they were staying in the treehouse.

I've already reported the bug, but i just tried to turn in my quests, got an error, and restarted my game to see I was a capeless moth with no access to even isle. My account said it was already logged into my main, so I couldn't try to relink it
Restarting fixed it immediately but I had a good minute of panic over it so I'm here to remind everyone to screenshot their recovery ids just in case
Not sure they'd restore a beta account, but maybe better safe than sorry! ||Also just putting it out there so anyone else who sees this knows they weren't alone||

We don't know when it will arrive but it may take up to 24 hours. This is because the version number went from 0.12.X to 0.13.0 and Apple takes up to 24 hours to review these types of changes.

I think that might be fixed if someone from android could confirm please? Beta was all over the place before the update though, the tent prop actually produces the hammock pre update.

I think we just translated our messages back and forth or they at least understood English! Hello Testers! I guess i am late to this discussion, but i am in the middle of trying to complete full CR today to see what new with current daily light system (i believe you guys also might have done it).
So, i found that there are few (if not many) new candle spots in some realms.
We knew that change to spots of candles in Vault and also in Stadium of Valley have been there for a while. But today (again, i am late to this), i found many new spots in Isle and one new spot in Forest.
Do the additions/changes to these spots also occur in other realms? Prairie, Wasteland?
I did a bit search in this #beta-testing-discussion and #beta-screenshots-and-vids to see if i am missing any.
Anyone can list those new spots?

you can't actually claim the sapling quest still unfortunately and if you updated your app to 0.13.0 build then you can't claim ANY quests at all. not-so-subtle hint to turn in your dailies before updating app so you can get those 3 candles

Putako it probably disappeared because it's not stable. Beta is like that sometimes, we'll just have to be patient as things update

oh boy is pnr crash bug back I wonder if it's android only. previously a workaround was OOBing outside the tunnel and approaching the warp point from outside. BUT that only worked because the "are you sure" message was what caused the crash. if the teleport or something else is causing the crash that might not work

The torch - a torch. Can recharge you, very useful in golden wasteland and for oob kids

The lamp - will shine a beam of light right where its placed. Do we really need this? Let's pretend we never had lantern.

The tent - a perfect tool to set up your own store and sell goodies like mushrooms to skids and moffs.

You are able to get 25 a day when its not buggy. Ios can get 24 right now since the sapling quest is bugged, and androids can get 21 because we can't turn in any quests

okay so: the new candles in Isle are in places that normally wouldn't be encountered by new players
i.e. the cave where the TS (piggyback spirit) is, the small cave with the winged light, the cave with the "no" emote, in and above the two-player puzzle off to the right of the temple
some of the candles in the two-player puzzle are inaccessible without either two players or chibi

You don’t need to speak English to be a beta tester and they shouldn’t prevent people from joining just because they aren’t fluent. As Ktjn as said the best thing you can do as a beta tester is to just be active

Feedback and bug hunting demand a lot of efforts and time, and not every beta tester could have that much time to do that. But as Seraph and Ktjn said earlier, just logging on and doing some usual activities on beta could also help devs a lot by giving them some data or backend log to look at to start with. I understand your dedication Shiro, and also your frustration about the hacker situation. And I’m sure your extra efforts are very appreciated by TGC devs. But you cannot simply blame others for not being as dedicated as you do. There are many different ways of helping. And understanding that might help to reduce your frustration.

as far as customizable homes... i think a sort of apartment system would be cool, like a portal near home that goes to a massive treehouse with a room for yourself and your 'favorite' friends, everyone can decorate their own room, there could be mailboxes for the new mail feature, and you could choose to light their candles and send hearts through there instead of the pedestal. maybe the rooms could save depending on the user, so they wouldn't necessarily be 'fixed' (i.e always in the same room), if there's a space conflict one of the rooms will be able to move to an empty space? just a cool idea i though of based on a conversation a bit ago
edit: maybe i'll do a sketch concept and write more in-depth ideas and put it in the suggestion channel

Looks normal on my Pixel 3a, but side by side with Aeras, seems some Android devices have something turned up. Turning contrast minus 100 and brightness up to +58 in Google Photos made it look similar as the Androids that are bugged.

So, I've tested visuals in the most recent beta patch in iOS and everything seems fine, same as on live. The textures and tones haven't been bleached or lightened. The capes are also still the same tones/colours as on live.

Those weren't permanent anyway. During events there will be a boat in home with spell shops, from time to time there might be free spells. In other case if tgc has something they want to be tested they add the stone.

Both ways it's a temporary addition and is being removed shortly. Hope this helped

Yes, I crash about 3-5 times a day since the first update for the season. Edit: although, I wouldn't call it crashing, seems Sky just stops responding and gives my phone ANR errors. (App Not Responding) never actually force closed, needed to force close it myself.

Yes i had crashes on the ipad before and after update too. I didnt find any connection between those, all different places, different activities etc. So no clue whats causing it. Ios gets it more frequently tho at least in my case.

A bench is a bench, it should work. We are advised to not give exact locations in beta since if it's hard for you without a guide, how hard would it be for players in live? All I will say is it's in social space somewhere. edit: #beta-feedback would be a good place to let TGC know you had difficulties finding it.

I’ve had small issues with it. some of which have already been addressed. But overall I do love this season a lot. I love the throwback to blanket forts and treehouses and stealing pots to use as instruments or helmets and using blankets as super hero capes. It’s super nostalgic to a time before technology was everywhere and I actually cried over how cute the questgiver doing emotes with you as you completed quests. little excitement/pride that you share with these scouts. it’s so much more interactive.
