I got all 4 candles from Valley. I even stopped at 3, then collected the last 2 bundles while offline to see if that would cause an issue. Right after I turned on wifi the candle bar filled up and I got my 4th candle. Really unsure what happened to your two candles tbh...

I have a question.
The "several old scrapped multiplayer world quest in multiple levels" they accidentally brought back were those light fragment catching tasks, right? If so, I really wish they'd bring those back because it was actually really fun and gives a bonus candle a day per location.

If i remember correctly they became active cause they did something so we can do the seasonal quests again and again, but it wasn’t intentional. I really liked them too. Make sure you leave a feedback about them

Could you go to Citadel and try collecting some regular wax? Just to see if wax collection as a whole is an issue. And yes definitely report that as a bug, possibly add the Citadel experiment if you do it in the report

I also wish they'd bring back certain details in Prairie that were in the old 2018 build. Watching old gameplay on Youtube makes me slightly sad, because I preferred certain things as they used to be despite not being a player until Sanctuary.

That happened to me yesterday with forest. I went earlier and got all the seasonal candle wax. Then I went a bit later by tp to a friend and the wax was back but when I picked it up it didn't fill up my wax bar. So maybe bug?

And just to check, you didn't get 2 candles registered in your counter? Meaning, it's not just a visual bug where the wax looks uncollected but you did in fact collect it and get the candles - it is wax that you just can't seem to collect at all and get those 2 candles?

I had a cool idea a while back to bring back the turtle spirit from the old build! he could be hidden somewhere in the Sanctuary Island (around the waterfall?) and helping him with his memories could enable him to give randomized rewards by visiting him daily, such as varied amounts of candles and hearts. It would give more of a reason to visit the island daily.

I love alot of things from the Light Awaits build so much. I wish they'd bring certain things back, like maybe adding a new area to Isle that is actually the old version of it with some tweaks to fit a season or something.

It really is just a fun addition to the game, like a little wink to original beta players and to new ones alike. The spirits are versions of real life TGC staff and they tell short stories. Over time it has become a place to have events that are more related to real life than the in-game world, such as Halloween and Christmas.

Rumors. The home button from the settings menu doesn't protect from Krill, but the one from the emotes menu does. The reason is that the button from the settings didn't work for a while - it just didn't send you home. So after devs fixed that issue and made it warp you home again, it suddenly magically didn't protect from Krill. Second message in the pins.

Village :

1. In a cave up the mountain you carry the yeti spirit up, fly up from the village looking towards the mountain and you should see it
2. In a cave under the hotspring (in front of you as you slide down from the start of valley entrance)
3. On top of a building at the top of the slope going to yeti/hermit slope

Yeti/hermit slope:
4. In a cave to the right as you fly down from the point the boat drops you off, just before the bridge you slide over

About the serendipity pin thing. I saw random’s with the pin star icon over their heads several times now, and managed to warp randomly to someone with the constellation however i never see a red dot if i recall correctly. I think someone warped to me or us with the same method once, but im not really sure. I’m usually playing in a group mostly with friends whom i play daily so it feels weird for me tbh. If I’m alone i wouldn’t really mind someone joining but with a group of 5-6? It would move our regular conversation into how to include new player so they won’t feel left out , even if we don’t friend each other and unlock chat right away etc. Maybe it’s just me but being the only one in a group who doesn’t have chat with anyone and only see ...... and ..... feels uncomfortable.

I had some experience like that not much thank god. I’m also not really shy or anxious in general. I don’t have problem meeting with new ppl and start conversation, but there are players who are like this. So i usually try following who knows who, and ask those who doesn’t know each other if they want to be friends, and really try to include them in the convo. With a totally random player? Uhh hard question. In my case It would be nice if serendipity could only bring you to a player who’s alone. On the other hand i also have rare moments when i want to be alone and don’t want company at all guess I’m impossible

I just realized how weird it is to see the Krill in lighting similar to Praire. Like I'm so used to seeing them in Eden or Wasteland's darker tones and lighting, but, now they're just chillin in the plain blue sky

Actually after the first halloween in 2019 and early 2020, the toilet krill stayed and was still able to be summoned before they took em out, toilet krill is always the first to return for halloween, before the red skies and everything. So it's not unheard of to see the krill in a bright sky, but the fact that it's more than one krill

It will lock your controls. The cog setting won’t even appear when you tap on the sides. Use your device’s screenrec. I didn’t catch it on video earlier, and it happened twice to me when I exited the village heading back to Valley Social.

I must’ve triggered the cutscene but I was facing the wrong direction so I got stuck for a minute or 2 I guess, because it went back to normal when I came back from typing a message here.

Hmm how purple? Some android users had some extreme purple but I think the soft purple tones add to the dreamy vibes rather than the more orange palette of the rest of valley
