As far as I know, we've made no changes with the clear intent to fix the "home glitch." With that said, if there were other changes in the process of developing or improving existing features that rendered this glitch ineffective, it was purely a coincidence. The fact that "glitch" is in the name is a pretty clear indication that it's the result of a bug, and is subject to being fixed at any time. While we try to preserve glitches/bugs that don't give anyone an unfair advantage or impact game economy, we won't preserve them at the expense of ensuring new or existing features work correctly. Bugs can be fun, but it's important not to get attached to unintended "features" that are not actual features.

Once we have a new build, check back on this glitch and see if it's working again.

I see something in known issues about completing the quests but not sure if it’s my issue. I’ve complete watching the final skate performance in the coliseum twice but when I go back to the quest giver it doesn’t show that I’m done and tells me to view it all over again. Is this a know issue?

I think it's because I asked about how to use it in beta when it always open live without that option in menu

some older devices don't have nfc on by default, so they wouldn't be able to scan without a prompt to do so, or to manually turn it on every time. the option in the menu is to give those devices access to star pins. although star pins should default to live iirc, since you have to link them to an account

if you have testflight and don’t opt to leave the program you can uninstall and reinstall beta without issue. (it’s the google players who might lose beta access if they uninstall because google just hates beta programs and is all kinds of messed up)

I'm just worried is all, not all beta players (mostly moths like me) don't know what isn't right because we see the same items in live, so we immediately think "Oh this player is a veteran! So cool!"
But if it can't be helped then its ok! At least we could always ask here if we're uncertain

I believe the heart behind these rules is to avoid giving unnecessary attention to these people - if these exploits become widespread, more people may try to do it themselves. Since it's against the ToS, obviously TGC does not want a large portion of the playerbase to be disrespecting the game.
Keep a mental note of what to look out for, report whenever you can, and try not to shift the topic to these people on this server. That's really the best we can do.

I think the hometrick settings glitch got patched because they updated the look of it, and possibly fixed it by accident. They wouldn't just fix something that's been part of the game since like, forever, as far as I know.

And they won't fix the emote home trick option, unless they decide to update the look of that too.

Originally, going to Home was instant. But a delay was later introduced, to make the difficulty more realistic and in line with the game design. However, that delay also meant you were protected from krill attacks. Hence the Home Trick.

for android update issues: first, check the beta app from the beta tab in my apps. sometimes it only shows an update there. if that doesn't work, try clearing the cache of the play store itself. if that doesn't work, wait it out a bit

Not really. You get the ap locked items for free (0 candles) but you still need to buy (with candles) the node before it. Which is fairly expensive since it combines the price of those two nodes but with a slight discount (currently, might change tho)

TGC is an Indie Developer and Company. They require accommodation costs for a game-related installation, server, etc. Compared to other games TGC only sells a few stuff and once they sell it's very expensive and it's very reasonable and commonplace, so please don't force TGC too much. TGC has done their best and I think this game is friendly enough for all ages, especially teenagers. I hope you guys can enjoy the game even though you can't afford to buy some of the stuff that will be sold later

Sorry late answer :> the reason the eyes was odd because of the graphics on YouTube, you can see it by pausing the video when the YouTuber tells you the peeking postman emotes, in low graphics you can see the left eyes shows blue while the right one is yellow, it's purely a little glitch on the graphics and the real colour is yellow (i see the comments and your reply btw :>)
