True, Kai, but as they grow, their portfolio should also. Obviously not now as they need more man power for it, but having a second game on a different engine maybe for console might be beneficial for them to grow and expand.

The new objects are magenta because magenta is one of the few “colors” that don’t exist in the real life spectrum, it’s technically our brain’s interpretation of the absence of color

I like the earth trial the best!! it’s a fascinating maze to me, and so creative - solving puzzles, exploring crevices, investigating everywhere while being challenging! plus i think it was the most rewarding to finish. I felt triumphant. the air trial was calming but tedious...it’s the only one I haven’t played twice.

@bright tide in settings if your account is properly linked to game center, then it'll save progress. However if you're switching to live and only have enough room for one version of sky, I say it's best to just move on and focus on live. No worries about progress wipes and make it in thru bets invite waves on a regular basis

How the heck do you avoid the meteors? I don’t understand the mechanism? I tried staying still to see if it targeted you based on movement. I tried just running past it and then stopping after I was beyond it to recharge but that didn’t work. I tried avoiding that black cloud around it but that didn’t work either. There's not as many people in beta as there are in live. Like Ash said in screenshots: If a few players are having trouble, then in live a hundred will experience the same thing

The problem is on Google's engineering end. Sadly, the contact you talk to is consumer facing, not developer facing. Only developers can talk to the correct parties with beta access issues. TGC has done this but has been given the run-around or no answer to the issue. Sadly it is Google's Beta slots still counting past people as being "beta testers" even though access was revoked. Google needs to fix it on their end and sadly, I personally don't see that happening for awhile.

I FIGURED OUT THE FIRE TRIAL

||Okay, so basically, I’m an idiot. Sky is all about friendship right? So it would only make since that the trials would be easier with your friends! It only takes one other skykid and it makes ALL OF THE DIFFERENCE! You can move freely in the dark (as long you don’t jump for long periods of time, for some reason when you do that your light extinguishes as if you are alone, so no jumping beans!!!) and the large lamps you light are saving points so even if you do die you won’t start all over again.

Furthermore, you can avoid the meteors quite easily when you have a friend because you don’t have to worry about dying by your light extinguishing. Simply just keep an eye out and move as far away from the rumbling ball of red chaos and you are good. The last ‘level’ is a bit tricky because they come at you faster and at more times than before, but if I can do it you certainly can!!! I hope this helps anybody who’s struggling! And thank you Kiki for helping me, I couldn’t have done it without you that’s for sure!!!||

Yeah, up until last night's updates I just cheesed the final part, but they adjusted it since the skip wasn't intended... Took 45-60 mins to master those 7-8 rocks (lvl6)

It happened to me too, and I didn’t go chibi, but I use the defense pose to help me. When I did that part slow and stopping every candle the ball of fire didn’t get me.

for the graveyard plant, usually i run solo and merge it tbh. but to burn it, theres 1 frond that takes longer than the other two, so make sure theres one person doing that first. then, after youve burnt that (depending on who finishes first), get one person to hold the flame to the root and burn the rest

at least one of them was a two-set pin, meaning that it probably functions by having two different phones scan one half of the set -- it probably doesn't work as a spell because they wouldn't have that kind of "unique set ID" programming attached to them

this most likely works by having two friends keep one half of the set each, so they'd both have to scan it on their phones for the teleport function to work; in order for the game to know who you're meant to be teleporting to, they must have some way of identifying unique pin pairs, or else you'd just randomly warp to someone else who happens to own the same pin type

what i'm saying is that as a spell, they likely haven't programmed the "unique set ID" in yet for testing

Hmm... Anyone having difficulties with the last area of earth trial... Try it while being taller. I had extreme difficulties as chibi, but medium tall height is my normal height and did it first try. Want to see if it was a fluke or if the platforming is truly harder as chibi so I can leave feedback.

Instead of lighting a row of candles to reach the next checkpoint, you hold a dying white candle that lasts for two minutes, you have to traverse through the darkness with your dying candle to reach the next checkpoint (that is already lit to make it seem like a "light at the end of the tunnel" scenario) to recharge it, the smoke creatures remove 10 seconds from your candle instead of immediately taking you to the checkpoint

Hmm, I'm not sure completely removing the candles from the fire trial would entirely work either if they kept the darkness, because lighting them is also a form of progress right now: even if you die and get sent backwards, each death had a meaning if you lit a candle since that's more and more of the path ahead that's clear now.

If the "hold a dying white candle" thing was up to 2 minutes between checkpoints and didn't have some way of rewarding at least partial progress between checkpoints, that could get quite frustrating if there're any particularly hard sections.

One issue I found was that when teleporting to a friend in Prophecy cave, you end up at the very start and when you fly forwards you server switch. I left feedback suggestion they move the spawn point closer.

@stone flax Be sure you both have the same version going. This was a problem for me too but turns out they had a different version. Its still unreliable but after a few tries and a warp you should be good to go.

they could probably use more respawn/reentry points in the prophecy cave if parts of it are at instance-splitting range, yeah; i could only meetup with friends who got split if we actively started trying to close the gap over several attempts (namely, the players deeper in the cave had to move closer towards the entrance so the rejoining player could get in range in time)

mcblizzy, i think that's one of the ones that would appear to be non-functional; some of the STAR pins seem to require two phones to activate

@quasi canyon yes me too...I just think if you are hold hands of a friend maybe he can turn it on... Maybe 👀

@carmine spade you need to bring a friend with you to hold hands with, stay close to the candles after you lit them and recharge your friend by big honking. They must do the same. I tried doing it alone and i kept dying so i friended a stranger there and we finished it together

the dust shoulder spirit is not visible when i guided the spirit. i think its a bug.

@rocky silo I don’t think you can recreate it? Just list out what you were doing before you saw that person appear like that, we never know if it’s the problem on the persons end or if it’s perhaps your own game visual problem
