@lilac oak regarding your message in #contact-the-mods- mods are not TGC staff and we cannot help with any account, game or other issues. That channel is only for reporting bad behavior happening in this discord. With that said, Google has been very problematic regarding letting people access the beta, whether it was during the invite waves or getting the updates once you are a tester, so I am unsure if TGC could help you. I advise you ask others here for solutions instead.
Of course, you can always reach out to TGC staff by DMing @hardy carbon but again, I am almost certain there is nothing they can do

🔹 Lantern Prop details:
🔸 CAN light candles
🔸CANNOT burn plants
🔸CANNOT open gates
this is the current functionality due to some game engine constraints. It's not that we don't want this functionality, it's just not possible right now. The lantern shares rigging/logic with the Umbrella, which suffers from the same issue. It's not an easy fix, but the team is working on it. We wanted to be transparent on the Lantern's features ahead of time. `

IAP not only helps staff get paid a fair salary, but it also pays for servers to host millions of players, as well as possibly hire more staff to help make this game bigger and better for everyone.

I feel that appeal of purchasing a season's pass is strong enough for it to be priced at at that. There's always that balance between pricing an iap high enough that it does not undervalue the hard work put into it, yet low enough for it to appeal to a certain demographic of players.
Season pass purchase is probably in the millions. But lantern's capabilities shouldn't make it Op in game as an iap or pressure people into buying it, lest f2p are at a "disadvantage" compared to the ones that did buy it. It also shouldn't be too low priced that they don't make enough money to cover the stuff I mentioned earlier
This is all personal analytical opinion. You are free to send your feedback in if you feel the prices should be adjusted.

I think they played with colour/brightness and the glow in general. You can see that the candles and hearts are more white than yellow, the Acended candles are different shade of red and even when you are collecting heart fragments its more white than the yellow it was before

Yes, if you don't have access to beta right now, you'll need to wait for the next invite wave. They haven't announced it yet, but it will probably be coming around the time when Sanctuary ends in the live version. You can react to the roles in #beta-faq to get the ping roles if you want to be notified when they post the invites

The delay means the game is waiting to visually show you the wax has been collected until the server confirms you have indeed collected it. If you are experiencing that collection delay AND not receiving the wax, then submit a bug report for it.

Unsure if you ever experienced it but people would go on candle runs and collect wax/light and their meter would fill up but they'd go through level load screen and their meter would count back down and not show the wax as collected. now the meter should only count up if you've properly collected the light/wax.

For the one you're thinking of in vault, some mini-cutscenes are coded weird and will take some time to refactor, if possible to do so. We didn't want a few outlier spirits to hold up making them relivable for all spirits.

You can bypass that bug by trying to place a message candle twice, and then placing your boat.

The new prices are in ascended candles, which in my opinion it makes more sense for that to be the price. Since when completing the constellation it doesn't say that you should bring hearts or anything, so some people go to collect the "gift" and then can't because they may not have saved a couple extra hearts for it.
Having it be ascended candles is easier since you have to do Eden before getting to the gifts, so you hopefully should have just earned enough to be able to afford it

Season icon look like the corrupted king head. With the Season name Prophecy , and only 5 spirit were shown. I guess the 6th spirit is someone related to the King. If this whole season is build up for the King to return in furture season, then it is amazing.
