the goal is probably broad availability of portrait mode, but i'm not sure what is feasible from a technical standpoint. portrait on ipad was fairly easy to implement since the width of an ipad in portrait is similar to a phone in landscape mode so making the ui work went somewhat smoothly.

so not paying for gacha items would probably still give a fairly good experience. But when it comes to Sky, collecting items becomes the main focus, and many times it requires payment. If one decided to not collect items and reject any payment, a possible option is quit the game. Socializing is not going to be one's main focus for sure since a good socializing experience is hard to promise

Beta is a separate service with a limited capacity for testers. You can only get in when the devs open more slots, and you can be notified of when they do that by following the instructions in the command

I don’t know how Android works, but for the iOS beta you can’t download it from the AppStore. It’s only accessible through TestFlight with a redeem code.

The daily quests will give seasonal candles, and the seasonal candle bunches you will find will offer wax to forge candles. Pass holders will just get an extra one in home every day of the season
