If you're getting the Item Not Found message, make sure the Google Play app itself is up to date. if it is up to date, try clearing the Google Play cache and restarting your phone by turning it completely off and back on.

If you have multiple Google accounts try toggling between them and make sure you're viewing from the Google Play account that was accepted into the Beta.

If none of the above works, there’s some other troubleshooting steps pinned in #beta-discussion-android you can try. It's a known issue for many games in the Play store, not just Sky.

I’m personally not in beta (yet) but I know the way in both beta and live is the same. You can just go through the Wasteland portal in the home space, however if you haven’t progressed that far yet you need to play all the way through to Valley and go through the transition sequence after the Valley elder cutscene

Yes! iOS and Android are compatible, but the live version and beta versions are separate apps and can’t play together.

Android will be releasing globally next month, though, so you and your friend can play together on the live version!

Beta sky has impacted my Live account. If I unlock prairie in beta, I can access it in Live. But, I have not completed valley in beta, and now I cannot access Valley in Live. The game freezes and crashes.

@rancid pier just to clarify, you won't get a beta cape for being part of Android beta. And anything you buy in beta stays in beta, so even if you bought the Founder's cape there you won't have it in Live later on unless you also buy it there.

Not to take away the importance of Android testing, but the initial iOS testing that went on for 1.5-2 years prior to Live release, helped shape the game into what it is now from something almost crudely simple to a big open world with many complex features. Android beta is more for testing that platform's compatibility with all these things.

Candles are reset everyday, candle farming is running through the realms and collecting wax by doing the above (save for valley, each completed race gives you one candle automatically if you have collected at least 2 light shards) . A lot of people have established routes that grabs all of them efficiently.

i posted in feedback but would also like to share the issue here to bring some discussion (hopefully)
i got motion sickness from jumping back on the edge of valley entrance ramp yesterday. The camera was shacking up and down drastically due to auto-adjustment to the preset angle of sliding and floating

i wish i can record it so it'd be clear about how it looked like but my brain would refuse to do this same thing again

and the unstably speed of movement on different edges i came across later worsen the situation

including inside the ice tunnel

Inside the ice tunnel has always been this mix of fast speed, to the point where you have difficulty moving properly to catch the candles i feel.
By the “edge of valley”— do you mean the edge between entering ice rink and the sliding portion down there, Kanpai?

Ohhh that edge. I rarely if ever get motion sickness, but that edge certainly has its quirks. (aside from being difficult to jump up again). Like the camera shaking a lot, which i assume is to put emphasis on the wind. Jumping up from on the edge again though, even when not being prone to motion sickness can get quite straining with the camera movement

nothing big has been added to the game recently. definitely nothing that big. if you downloaded an update that big it probably just contained the level assets and sound already (instead of only downloading them once you start the updated app)

1. restarting your app
   if that doesn’t work...
2. restart your phone
   if that also doesn’t work...
3. uninstall and reinstall sky beta

hopefully one of those methods work
