I personally don’t like the way the new spirit trees work but i definitely get the pros! I can imagine being a new moth and not having to ‘waste’ candles on blessings. I can see it working more fluidly with new spirits with the dyes in the middle but I totally get both sides

Although I don’t think people should ever ever be rude when someone likes it a different way than them

Yeah! I feel with the addition of the dye gacha or blessings, I feel this tree would allow players choose what they buy to level up without being forced to go through spell / dyes. And that's swell honestly

Definitely! There’s definitely huge pros to it, I think what’s getting me is the love for the old look which is probably what’s getting others. But with time I’m sure we’ll all grow to love it!

Beta feedback is the testers' job here tbh bc devs really need to hear back from what they're testing. So once things made it to live, #live-feedback is a way to go

the og wireframe cape was unique to the 5th anniversary (and they said it wouldn't return in availability), so they likely just made a basic version that would be accessible for every year after the fact

That's a huge win for the capeless players, or the players who don't want to go through eden or barely do shards that their ac isn't always topped up for the wingbuffs, they can get more items than before

Aesthetics is cool and iconic for the old tree but it was literally limiting. Remember when the jellyfish hair from jelly whisperer was straight up placed in the middle node of the TS tree? It was proving just how counter-intuitive the tree design is

Also it allows tgc to add more basegame or spirit items without making them longer and more item "pay walled"

I personally see it as you have best of both worlds (as someone who's never switched from homespace)
I can maintain my love of having a compact and efficient spawning area and if I want a lil spice, I just run into aviary instead

" a new event has started, go to aviary to interact with the new event "

The dragon was not moved to aviary, it was moved to Valley because that’s where the event is now, though i agree that it should be moved back to home. It’s not in Aviary.
The sandcastle is also not in Aviary, it was also just removed with no warning.
You also don’t need to go to aviary for the new events?
Days of bloom still has the iconic tree, and I’m sure that days of color will return the jellyfish and rainbow to home space.

Lately they've been adding direct tps to event areas from home now so it's not like they're abandoning homespace.
I feel devs are focusing more on aviary because it is their ongoing new project, there's no way they would just stop with aviary and focus on homespace more. It'd be a waste of development effort to just throw everything into homespace

Plus, homespace is too small and crowded to put in events in there, they've been moving many event stuffs into the venues in realms bc they can do more than what they did in homespace and that's even better imo

For example, Days of Fortune is just the dragon as a highlight and nothing else at home back in 2022 when I was a moth. Compared to this year's Fortune, we have the snake game in addition to the dragon dance all in one place in valley, this makes this event more immersive rather than just logging on and wait for the dragon and nothing else

Prices can and will change between beta and live from time to time, so during the open beta testers have been discouraged from sharing those/making guides (and for some stuff, we didn't even get the prices). 1. If TGC keeps growing , there will be a team oriented only on Sky, they would keep giving support of the game with new content and yatatata.

The game will still be operating for the years to come, but there will be no new events nor seasons, just event reruns and why not- season encores? 👀 Newer players that would join in the upcoming years will have a huge amount of content to discover on their own.
3. The game closes- FOREVER (I dont think that would happen hopefully)

I think the design is very similar to the TGC office cape, so it makes sense imo

Its OK! On the bright side, you can match the neck accessories better since the scarf could clip with many neck accessories, which is problematic for chibis

I'm sure it still has the same unique recharge pattern too, just minus the scarf

I have a confession, I'm a little worried about the cinema. My reasoning is that last year during the anniversary we had something similar, but it didn't show up for switch or android players. (I think it was agreements or something, i dont remember exactly why it didn't show) Which if that's the case again, it'll make me a little sad to not be able to experience whatever may show through my sky kid.

there are lots of things that are being tested in beta, and we can get first glances when beta testers are allowed to share, but it doesn't mean that all the features we were shown would come to live version instantly. If live patch notes don't mention the changes (like new spirit trees), that means they are not coming in this update. They are simply still in testing

A lot of QoL changes take many patch tests before it's ready to come into live, just to keep it in mind. Beta doesn't mean its contents are 1:1 to live

I just thought with the new "now you can talk about it" thing, it might mean that the Beta contents were settled, but it is as it always was, I guess now they just don't want things getting out too far in advance.
