From what I’ve seen there’s a bug right now where android platform trying to accept a code will show the code as null no matter the platform of the sender. iOS can accept codes, I am not sure about other platforms

I'm ironically feeling pretty patient about next season coming up this time around since I already know it's going to go back to Aviary Village. I don't know. Something about that knowledge makes me feel like I'm willing to wait for longer now. Also, I know this is tidbit is already in Live, but holy heck did they buff the constellation pad in Aviary. Depleting my entire energy and one step on it instantly recharges all my energy.

...But what makes me sad is that old Home is going further into neglect, not even having this instant recharge when stepping on the pad and has been noticeably nerfed since I last went on it. It used to charge fairly quickly but now, it's just slow... I really hope for the sake of old Home that they don't neglect it any further than it already has been.

I like aviary, but I like the old home better. It's more organized when there's events. I met a new player here in discord, I ubered them to eden. As we were talking, they were envious I got the DoL hat and the classy cravat. I found out they don't know where to go and where to buy things. Don't even know where's the event happening.
And they've been playing for a month.
And this was 3 days before DoL's gonna end. They only got plush, unfortunately they don't even have enough ascended candles or white candles to buy tickets. This is in live but yeah, hopefully they change things.

The Cape from the deer season in the shop offers the ability to teleport to a hidden off place inside oasis, where you can meet the deer and also find a wl and 2 benches to talk with friends, it also has calming music in the Hidden area after you've done all the Season quests will the Cape let you use its ability, abilities aside, its a translucent Cape which we rarely get and it looks like a galaxy, the ability alone and if the Cape didn't look so perfect, I would say no to buying it cuz you can get to the area it takes you by just going to oasis, being blunt as you asked, I don't think the ability alone is that great as you can't even ride the deer, it sits and walks around, no flashy spots or no flying in air, nothing cool to see aside from amazing music and instantly get to oasis, but with the Cape design, perfect style and goes with anything as it's translucent and looks like space so, I, myself? Plan to get it simply for the design, but being able to teleport to a calm area instantly and if I need some alone time, it is the perfect Cape and I would recommend it, even more so for people who are introverted or anxious people

this!! dont get me wrong i love aviary but i really dont like that they approached it in the way of replacing home fully. Especially even while you can pick home as your spawn point it still doesnt make you land there after eden or the fact that the traveling and event spirits only hang out in aviary now.

also while i did notice that many people had aviary set as their "home" during revival, that number went down significantly from what ive noticed with friends and strangers ive lit up. 90% of the time when i go home at the same time as someone we both spawn into home, im not sure if they know this many people still prefer it

i just read up on this and about the constellation pad, i genuinely thought it was a bug ? Is it actually intentional ? It genuinely feels like old home is just abandoned, sure we got the option to choose where to stay but with the way old home is treated, do we really have a choice anymore ?
And adding onto what Shrinb said, I barely see any of my friends actually using aviary as their home too ! A lot of people prefer old home, which is why it's kind of a bad move to just neglect old home just to get people to go to Aviary more, there should be better balance. I don't want to think they took the "there should be a reason to go to aviary" literally by taking what old home used to have and putting it in aviary only

The quest giver doesn’t stand in the deer area so if they did make it exclusive it would still be possible to do the season. But that area will be accesible to everyone just flying in normally.
The final quest for season of Aurora is locked behind an iap cape that you need to see the concert. (Last quest is watch the concert so you need friend with cape )

I doubt they would ban someone for that reason. Players can also help by writing their thoughts on changes and new things in the feedback not only by bug reports and sometimes players take breaks. Was there any message saying you were banned/ why you were banned?

All of a sudden my beta account wont open like there isnt even the play button to load the game
So i tried logging in with a local account instead and it started me over but i didnt really do anything with it
Now today i still cant load in my regular beta account and the second one is banned
Im assuming its banned because its a second account but my first one doesnt say anything at all? I wasnt super active this season but i still did the questline and tested stuff out so im not sure if they just deleted my account for being inactive or what but like theres no explanation
Does anyone know whats up with that? Like if they didnt want me to beta test anymore because i was inactive it wouldve been nice of them to tell me? I thought itd kick me from testflight but im still on there?

As far as I know on testflight we have to be somewhat active enough that we don't get auto-kicked, there's no exact timing for what counts as inactive to the point of removal as far as we know, but I'd assume as long as we keep up with updating builds and logging in every now and then to test we shouldn't be removed. During update droughts people tend to take breaks and we don't all get kicked during that time so I'm not sure what's happening specifically now.

There's been others mentioning they've been banned though, and I'm not sure what the process is for questioning that because it's beta and not live - usually you can contact support with live for example.

I think they kick you out if you miss a few updates, maybe like 8-10. They may just check what build number you’re on, and kick people on very old builds

I don't think they actively check individual accounts or builds, it's probably set to automatically remove testflight users after a certain period of not being active but we just don't know what the stipulations are for that cause they've never expressed them explicitly

As for bans though, I guess they're doing a wave of them, but they should only affect people who are behaving inappropriately or illegitimately, it wouldn't be random and for no reason - however maybe mistakes have happened, all I could suggest is feedback or something and see if a dev contacts you

If you're already on the testflight programme though then it would be a legitimate way of creating a new account unless maybe you were kicked but it hadn't caught up yet or something, I'm not even sure cause I'm not fully aware what the process for being kicked or banned is - I'd just send them feedback and see if someone gets in touch or even clarifies if they've been doing behind the scenes clean ups

Okay i looked at the specs. Your phone has about 2gb ram and a Snapdragon 615 processor which in Sky’s standards it’s very tough to run on. Tgc usually removes old devices from sky support lists to add a better compatible device as time goes.

There are 2 Options, you either report this to tgc and it will be fixed or it may be their decision to remove this device since the specs are weak

The purpose of beta is to test the items and events to catch bugs etc. So it’s expected that they come to live as well when the time comes. The purpose of testing is to prepare the items for live. I don’t get why are you confused? Days of Bloom when the lily pad umbrella and hair will become available starts on March 20 iirc

Does this mean you phase through until you sit at it once, or until anyone sits at it once? This was affecting/applied to Purple Bloom Teaset in previous patch and wasn’t well received/believed to be a bug.

This object in bird’s nest was green for someone yesterday (before server reset). Is there any prerequisite to turn the color from green to red? Is it automatically red/green when you enter the area and changes to something else?

My personal speculation is that this is related to shards falling or clearing an objective. But why is it placed there?

I think- red is 'closed', green is 'open' for the shared space. (My view)

There is a shared space(s) here? Is it attached to/indicated by the white crystal? It’s similar to the whitish-blue crystal in Repository, Treasure Reef, Treehouse, etc. then. But the shape is different.

I honestly like the lack of color, it's not only easier on the eyes, but it also makes things WITH color pop out more. Although I understand the complaint as... well... sometimes the colorful props look too out of place.

If you are on IOS, you just have to sign in to iCloud with the same iCloud email that’s registered to beta and download TestFlight.

If you’re on Android, log in to the same google account that’s registered to beta and download the app from the AppStore!

The final stretch was much improved! Cy (at 180 WLs) and myself (at 160 WLs) were actually able to reach all the statues, unlike before. Ya still gotta hustle with hopping to make it through the intense rock rain but it's very much doable. It feels like the shelters still could use some improvements, though - we were both getting bonked by rocks despite the cover.

There were some areas where I was blown back by wind where I didn't have that problem in the past that was weird
Notably the 2 statues to the right of when you start part 2 of pnr

The multiple WL grouping sending was also inconsistent
It looked like it returned to what it was before but then in some places it sent two to the cluster so idk what's up with that
I also got animation locked when giving WL at the second last statue
