Yeah it's not fun when you and a handful of others are the only sky kids in the server, surrounded by the all low poly skids on the other servers.
It worked for Aurora since it fit the last performance (as confetti) and we weren't around each other in that state for long, like as long as for the 4th anniversary party

Also the surfboard candle boat collision thing - I just went to test it out myself and it's like bumper cars when you crash and just boing back a bit, it wasn't strictly the boats that cause it though cause I bonked into the beach too and it happened... nobody give me a surf license because these things are really hard to steer

The bumper car effect seems to happen when you're going high speed and hit into something but if you're just getting it going it's not as bouncy, honestly it's probably better we bounce back than get stuck cause in a past build I got stuck on a rock

if it's been this long and the doubling of sandals in guide tree + IAP hasn't changed
my thought is that it's intentional that it does that so people who complained about not being able to afford items early have a way to just buy the item straight up while f2p need to grind for it
so if you want sandals early you can pay money but otherwise it's also available for free

Yeah I have to say I’m not really personally a fan of some of the items being just spells, and spells in general being harder to come by
I also feel like I really don’t like to use spells because I also want to get the most time out of them, like I sometimes feel bad to close the game before a spell is over because then it feels a bit wasted
Spells are great to give people a trial for an item, but a limited number of spells or some items that only exist as spells is a bit sad to me

Pick ups:

• one floating on the jellyfish parade (they circle the pond)
• one on the left of bridge leading to boneyard
• at the top of waterfall inside tree (the one behind the slide)

Activities (you need to interact to activate):
🔅 Only 2 out of 4 of these are obtainable for the day - pick them up next to the lemonade stand on the plates

• chuckle tag
• a rock wedged under the fallen tree stump to the left of the slide waterfall
• slide
• jam session with scolding student (you can close right after it opens and it will complete)

Total Daily: 6

I don't think it's likely for new season to take place at aviary but I doubt the next season would just be as high quality as the current one

Due to technical limitations related to how long Shared Memories remain visible after being placed, which could prevent receiving event currency in some cases, Shared Memory recordings made for the event now give Light for Candles rather than event currency.

Just to make sure, this is referring to how you can't delete notes and therefore wouldn't receive tickets after your memory gets 10 likes right?
If yes then doesn't this just mean that players with more than 10 likes stop receiving wax for candles now? Doesn't seem like the most ideal solution tbh

For me, crowd mode doesn't actually add anything aside from a lot of visual and audio noise, and that can be really overwhelming to the point where a lot of players will deliberately avoid such places
It's a great feature in the right moments, and its fun to use it to jump into different servers and hang out, but its also nice to be able to find some peace and quiet too!

For the Aurora Encore event (possibly) there’s a 1-time ticket that gives 10 tickets. You get it after watching the concert

I’m wondering if these event items will either be exclusive to the events in a given year or or if they’ll return as IAPs the next year. Because, if someone misses items because they’re shy a few tickets; the next year, assuming most of these items return, how’re they going to have enough tickets for the new items and the ones they missed last year? Since the tickets don’t carry over to the next year, unless an item they missed only costs <10 tickets, they’ll never have enough time to collect tickets for the new event items and the old. Isn’t this scenario worse than grinding and stockpiling candles as far as players are concerned? What happens to new players as they join the game?

well normally there would be a countdown timer when you open up the guide that tells you how many days left it would be in beta, but even that can't be trusted because often times the countdown in beta is wrong so it just ends prematurely or ends later
whether it comes back for testing or not is up to the devs if they want it to be tested further
