It's not a fact that they will like it. They will have to completely change the system from scratch, and this is a big waste. In general, I can offer a lot of things to develop the experience of players of all ranks, but will they consider it? Not a fact. Moreover, they never added disabling prompts, which is unrealistically strange... It's already been a few years, but they haven't added or everything suits everyone, I don't understand...

I even gave them feedback on this, but somehow I've already lost hope

Left feedback on the CFM pricing based on the bug report from live - did some calculations to show how frustrating it is grinding in this game and having very little pay off so hopefully by the time the set drops it won't be as expensive as they have planned currently

yup there was a bug on android that finished the guide tree and someone reported it via discord and in the screenshots the pants price is revealed
The other day I was thinking it's not something we should discuss because it may count as illegitimate content, but to be honest I'm now thinking it's not really illegitimate when it appeared in live bug reports so hopefully they don't mind it being discussed. I flagged it in my feedback that it was in a live bug report so it's not like hacked content or anything

Finally... After so many years.. I've finally packed up all the aurora season stuff! (except mask and pants after quest 5)

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else… and honestly I'm very reluctant to say anything in fear of someone lashing out at me… it's happened before. But, I really wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else in beta…

So tonight, I'm hanging out in wasteland because homespace is stuck in daytime, and I wanted to check out my outfits without being blinded. I come across other players, so we light each other. Then they place down tea sets, so I sat with them…
But, they all spoke what I believe was Chinese, and one of them was super rude to me. Everything I translated was stuff like ˝go away foreigner˝ or ˝get out of Chinese servers˝ and this left me very confused… I log into my beta account and I don't think I've ever met any English speaking people besides some in the group here… but… the stuff they were talking about was seriously bizarre, and… yeah… I did take screenshots of the conversations. But… idk… left a sour taste in my mouth.
I feel like I've done something wrong, in their eyes… anyway, yeah…

oh my gosh im so sorry that happened :( most of the time, chinese players have been quite nice/respectful when ive met them, it might just be a bit of bad luck this time! in the end, its more or less just rude behavior, i hope you arent blaming yourself for it <3 its really hard to find english speaking people on beta, you can always try looking for other people on this server though! that, or you can try meeting up other ppl in game (theyll probably be chinese but im sure that most are not as rude as that)

Ah yeah, this is something i have encountered. Just try your best to explain to them that Beta Sky is not under Netease in any way. Beta Sky is under TGC hence for them to use "foreigners" is a bit "rude" (for my opinion)

But i also have point out that most of them are kids who doesnt really understand the difference and some of the even believe Beta is another Sky under Netease that's different

Also, you're did nothing wrong. they're just never really encounter international players in Beta (like that's in a way weird on its own huh?)
I'm a straight forward player, so i would be head to head if someone rude to me in game tbh. Hopefully this incident doesn't deter you from befriending Chinese players in beta.

I have met and befriend most of them in Beta. I hope you will find the kind ones in future!

aurora instrument was available to beta players, if they didnt get it from the shop right away so that could be why they have it. as for the outfits, im assuming you meant that they were invisible? if thats the case, it was most likely bluff (even if they somehow had access to unreleased items, its pretty weird if they were invisible because of that)

basically a while back, there was an issue with the instrument in beta so they removed it from any players who already got it from the store, and only players who hadnt gotten it yet could get and keep the fixed ver.
also, i dont know much about how games are programmed/work so i cant really tell you anything there LOL but there may be some people who know more

I suggested this before for the travelling spirit system, that when a season ends, free items can be bought by any players and the pass exclusive cosmetics are only available when they come back as ts. not the best solution but at least new players can still get some cosmetics from that season without waiting for like a year just for at least one spirit to return. also, this can make ts prices cheap since players really only need to buy the pass exclusive cosmetics since the free ones are available all the time

There isn't anything known about beta capes with special functions yet. There seem to be (because there's a display with a shop icon, the actual item wasn't seen yet) purchase options for two capes and a dress, but no information on whether they'll have a function or, if they turn out to have one, which it would be.

I'm not sure, but I'd guess anything like an area would be given to us to test. Only ideas I had would be possibly letting you (re)experience the concert Aurora will have (not sure how much certainity there is regarding how it'll be tied to Sky). Or allowing the "ghost skykids" in the stadium to appear while others see only the players that are in the same server, similar to now (or something along those lines).

Edit: I should mention that this is purely speculative and not included in beta.

That’s a good point, a new area release would definitely require testing. I also wonder how we will experience the concert(s) I wonder if we will be locked in our seats unable to move around for the duration. The iap items still appearing in the area makes me think you are right about reliving the concerts, I’m sure one of the iaps will allow us to teleport to this area. It’s also a possibility that the iaps won’t disappear once the season is over. It could be seen as a ‘merch’ section for the concert.

For the little prince collaboration season, the team made it quite clear which items would be rare, set to never return. Have they do the same for this season?

Again, purely speculative, but I don't see any reason for the IAPs to stay. Petit Prince set a precedence for them not doing it, and it'd probably require Aurora to agree (and thus the expected sales would beed to be high enough...). I of course don't know any data on TGC's sales expectations or their contract with Aurora, but I don't think the items lasting is likely. Once again, do not take this as facts. I am speculating here.

I’m missing my third anniversary hat in beta. I participated in the event and got all of the props for it. I have the props in my closet except for the hat, which was at the very bottom of the props tree. You had to get the hat first before getting the props like the confetti cannon

Been a while indeed. Was curious how the reactions ui inside the colosseum would work for controllers — atm to toggle it we would have to press the ZR equivalent in switch. To close it, you'd have to press B (or anything "close" behavior). I thought pressing ZR again would do but nah. Navigating between reactions can be done in the left stick, not sure about the dpad since it doesn't really work. Pressing A does make your sky kid honk the reaction, but holding it doesn't do a deep honk. 🤔 Probably a bug which I'm too lazy to report

also today the med circle behind aurora spirits showed up for the first time for me, I don't know what's changed since I last visited but the bugs are all creeping out like

I'm already looking forward to the next season's reveal. I like Aurora, the cosmetics were average, but I did like them. I can't wait to do more of those quests though for sure.

I just want some more blue pants, or cyan, like the color of Light Whisperer's pants. But I guess I'll have to WAFO, although it would be awesome to see those kinds of pants.

I'm surprised how much the wing ult grew on me, especially bc I redesigned the wing shape out of not liking it as much. The cape is beautiful for sure, but aurora's cosmetics also make me excited for next season because they are a definite taste that some people will love and others might be indifferent to. I liked the masks and pants!! Capes are very out there imo.

I hope next season we get a lot of cosmetics I like and good story aurora story was fantastic. Keep momentum!

I really like Aurora because I finally got a mask that's basically no mask, and the ring cape looks VERY pretty to me as well... I'm a bit iffy on most cosmetics but the ult cape + pendant cape really make me hope that in the future there will be more transparent capes (cosmic manta cape when) ^_^ !!

I do wish that we get more pants in colors we don't have any/much of (pink, black, etc) in the next season, and I beg that at least one of them is non-ap

I have a lot of friends who made a skykid who just never collected that first wing light. if you remember being new, you wake up in home space without a cape and gain that cape in isle when you collect the first light. if you never collect a light you never obtain a cape. it's probably the easiest capeless method because you're immune to death and can roam freely in home space and log in/out without going back to the pity room. it's getting more and more popular nowadays than two years ago when I first made one. (in beta they're probably invisible cape though)

1. Given you a ghost xylophone to play on (you'll be playing whatever prop you had equipped)
2. Props would appear equipped to side of character rather on back

I think a horrible glitch pixelation bug came with the same patch for some Android devices, not entirely sure

There’s a tad bit too much of that kind of bug that i don’t really remember the details, but i think the eden one did exist,. Similarly there was a time when wearing a combination of costumes would crash not only you, but the whole server you’re in too.

They have internal testers as well, it’s not like it’s not being tested at all, just sometimes players going on to do player things that are unpredictable can point out things they haven’t looked at first or thought about or what’s in their availability to check

They are probably double checking a lot of variables cause it’s supposed to be a grand surprise and they would like to have it release it smoothly

The days of bloom usually start around March in live, so if the days of bloom come back, i think we can test the days of bloom in beta around January or February. Then the wisteria teaset may come back too.

I understand how you feel but fortunately it is not the case The best examples when seasons testings start, even tho beta players become very active and first updates are frequent it's quite crowded with illegitimate players. The reason one might see a bit more illegitimate players in beta off seasons is that beta players become quite inactive and there's more chance to stumble upon those who can't download Sky in their location and therefore get beta from illegitimate sources to be able to play
