I hate that they got rid of the quest giver! The statue is CONSTANTLY CROWDED with message boats and return button. On switch thats REALLY FRUSTRATING. IT takes forever to hit the claim button. But even then, I just LIKED the friend spirit!

Hiding boats help temporarily only since other boats will appear instead...

What i do instead is jump on the statue though! It's easier to get the candle/heart and quests when I'm on top of it

• to be completely honest my brain has a habit of "don't see it, forget it was there" so it's not blatant all the time, but i do get sad sometimes when i remember no one's here to cheer when i get quests :(
• i actually learned they were gone from, well, you :'D and this server before opening the game that day so idk if i count
• i dislike the mandatory zoom because i can't just get my quests fast although i recently discovered if you stand behind the statue it doesn't zoom, i gotta remember that more

I DO agree that although the statue itself is a great thing, the message boats really shouldn’t be allowed around it 😭 and it is sometimes hard to collect awards when you are chibi because of the water (,:

If I have chibi mask, I have to stand awfully close the the portals to get my candle gift from the statue

There is just too much going on there. It’s in a beautiful area, really, but it might not be good for the gameplay. It’s a bit too close the portals, the water causes message boat overload, and you get quests, return, and gifts all from nearly the same spot. As much as I like the whole idea of the useful statue, I think it should be more spread out. Return spot moved a bit further out, no message boats allowed, etc

Was skimming channels and saw this and thought youd like more feedback, sorry i take 5000 years to type^^;

the main problem with the old questgiver system is during on season, you had to stand a specific distance to unlock the quests, and so for a lot of moths quests went unknown, myself missed a day or so of quests bc i was only opening the seasonal tree, as well there was nothing signifying that you should do that- But without seasonal trees off season questgiver couldve worked just fine, It was more of an on season issue i found

In response to questions: Home feels a bit more empty without , I liked to wave to them absentmindedly, as well I enjoy having an npc to interact with, the rocks just kinda there

Heard about it when it was in beta, was so sad UEUUEUEU
It works but also I think other things could work better, too cluttered with the boats and return and candle and quests

Im not sure how to fix the on season questgiver having two tasks if it moved back to the spirit, since i doubt theyd wanna swityc between rock and spirit, but off season was fine imo

currently Days of Feast is ongoing, letting players access the area for free! normally you need a special cape that is an in-app purchase only attainable while inside the office itself

the amount of time would depend on the chevrons you have. if you’re on three full chevrons it might be pretty quick, but if you are on zero the speed will be glacial in comparison - as with all candle forging
