So yesterday I was candle running before bed and had not yet completed the hug a friend quest, and I got a notification that a friend of mine whom I hadn’t seen come online in months had lit my candle and sent me a heart. I quickly went home and teleported to her and offered a hug. It was really nice to complete that quest naturally rather than have to try and track down a friend and hug them just to complete the quest. After that I showed her around the Wind Paths, which she had not yet visited!

BTW, the ||eden theme|| that starts when you enter Wind Paths now (for those who have completed the 4th quest) gives me chills. It was funny realizing that my friends experience of the Wind paths as I showed her around was very different from my own at that time

from what I've heard the geyser and grandma are totally independent. you can get around 1000 wax orbs from both. passive light collection at the crab spit and prairie caves seem to stop when you reach this limit as well. dreams village hot spring has been reported to continue giving passive light after this point tho

Yeah misunderstandings can happen. It's best to #report-a-live-bug if you want to let them know. Support is mostly for more serious issues. It's okay to contact support as well but you'll probably get a 'Thanks for letting us know' or whatever else. I don't think support literally said you're wrong, I'm sure they worded it in a nicer way. Contact them again and reword your issue if still want to report it.
