Ah...from the start of Wasteland (after you jump into the sandstorm), head to the right, to the sea where you should see a little boat. Sit in it and you'll be at the Ark
From there, just keep heading in the direction of the Ark and then, when you reach it, north-west of the Ark. There should be some ruins, where the spirit is.
(Perhaps the map will be more helpful once you're in the Ark area)

I don't plan on buying the hair so I don't think I can help you with that. Let me imagine it

Let's see- any cape that has purple undertones should do okay. So probably Juggler, Air Prophet, and Earth Prophet are some that could match.

Additionally, neutral capes (black, grey, white) should match, like white belonging cape and black belonging cape

I would need to test more, but also orange capes if they're just orange/gold and maybe white/black (perhaps butterfly for example). I have the hair tho! I can test outfits

I currently have 26 candles, How many can i have with full CRs until the TS leaves

With a full candle run you can get 20-21 candles a day

The ts leaves 24 hours after eden reset so you can cr on Sunday as well

It definitely feels surreal to finally get my fave Enchantment Cape (this current TS) after missing it during its season run and waiting for what feels like an eternity.

It's a witch hat accessory spell actually. The difference between the witch hat hairstyle spell and witch hat accessory spell is the hair. The accesory spell doesn't have the hair, it's just the hat. You can see it if you were to compare both spells side by side
