To y'all asking about when server issues will be fixed we QnH and seasons chat people (or any person that isn't from TGC and just a regular member on this server) do not know the answer and when exactly it will be fixed, it is currently bugged and only TGC knows what to do. In fairness handling of this type of issue should be almost entirely automatic - the amount of hardware being used to run servers is dynamically adjusted adjusted using various algorithms all the time. But these methods are bad at dealing with massive spikes in demand and it's prohibitively expensive to spin up 1000x as much hardware as you normally need only to shut it down again in 10 minutes so instead they usually have no choice but to allow these bottlenecks to happen.
