Yes, but you would have to wait for them to return as a traveling spirit in the future. More specifically, they will become available after next season is over. Even then, the chances of them returning will be incredibly low due to the ever increasing pool of spirits that can return as a TS

Ok. So when you exit the first room with the krill, just go straight ahead down the slope and not through the barrier tunnel on the right. Basically just keep straight ahead until you find the stairs. Then make a right and move along the wall until you find the meditationn spot.
