All seasons have a ultimate gift! They can be obtained if you have enough seasonal hearts ( hearts that have the season symbol ), which can be obtained by 3 season candles from the spirits of the same nature.
Sadly, all of that is only available for Adventure Pass holders.

Ultimates gifts, unlike the rest of the cosmetics, can't return as a Traveling Spirit once the season is over

So far from what I've gathered the assembly props are used for roleplay purposes or for making a room or house with your friends since there have been plenty of suggestions and demand from #wishlist-and-ideas-archived for us sky kids to have our own little houses that we can decorate and spaces to share with friends

Water trial: Easy, pretty merciful.

Earth trial: They had me at the first time not gonna lie.
Extremely tedious at the end when you're not good at jumps.

Air Trial: The Lion, The witch and the audacity of this wind.
Pretty hard especially at the last part.

Oh do you mean the conversation a little bit above? If so, those prices in the chart were just based on the old beta prices. Now that the quests are out and the true live prices were revealed it seems the beta prices weren't finalized.
