There's the price chart for Dreams in the pins of this channel. If your friend had only started now, then he's not going to make it without candle packs. The case would be if he did collected all the free side of the season, then he would've had the chance but I'm assuming that's not the case?

• hair is really cool but no jiggle, still is something rare for hairs since it has a little blade on the bun (9/10)
• mask looks amazing and it makes you look like ur sleepy (8/10)
• cape SUCKS the lines looks so bleached and not glowy, yellow lined ver is better (3.5/10)
