Sorry a bit late.. When entering from the valley social, when you slide down to the village, you can fly up instead, use the clouds to then turn around, fly all the way to the top of the slope.

Or... If you are near the hot springs, again fly up to the clouds and use (skirt along) them to fly up the slope

That was also the case for me when I was online bc the server keeps getting merged with users whose spirits are buggy. I tried a tip posted by one of the players here and it worked for me. That tip is to go offline and the spirits will work just fine, you just have to tap the retry a bunch of times. Not sure if it'll work for everyone, but it worked for me.

HI SO.... I know a lot of people are having problems with the first quest and the solution was to turn wifi off and play, for me though I can’t turn wifi off without getting a title screen and losing the ability to move my sky kid, what I did was turn wifi off just as I finished the memory so that the cutscene could play without me moving my sky kid and giving me the complete tag. Hope this helps

Mine went a bit differently, notbsure if it's cuz I'm on android but just turn your wifi or mobile data off and even tho it says no connection, just keep hitting retry when it pops up
Your sku kid still moves if it pops up and you don't lift your other finger that's moving
You'll have to start from home and use return shrin to the village, from there just relive which spirit you want and just before the final light where its a stone thingy, turn back on your wifi/mobile data and there ya go

A way to relive seasonal spirits using Android (slightly different than the method by bred). This painful but useful trick should allow Android users to get the seasonal spirits. If you use iOS then take a look at the guide by bred.

Steps:
1.Turn off the internet before entering the spirit gate.
2.The game will keep forcing you to go online,click retry whenever this happens.
3. The spirits are supposed to be available to relive. Hope this helps!

It’s in-game time. 00:00 o’clock in game is reset. So whatever time you’re at, it’s 00:00 in game when reset occurs. Everyone’s 24hrs should equal the same amount in game.
