It's in the Prairie bird's nest ! (The area to the right of the butterfly fields right after Prairie social area) it's usually flying with the mantas, you have to wait for it to drop

Here's how I completed my first season quest without restarting the app nor leaving the area:

1. Relieve all the girl's quest spirits
2. Activate the boats going to Valley Stadium to trigger the cutscene

The message "completed" appeared on my screen as soon as the boats rising cutscene happened

try to memorise where the spirit you want is on the map, then go home and wait maybe 30 seconds before using the return shrine to go back -- once you load in, sprint to the spirit ASAP to light and relive it; i eventually managed to get all 4 like this, but it was admittedly more cumbersome than i would've preferred

it feels like the spirits glitch out and fail to respawn after something takes control of your camera in the map

This may be coincidental, but I experienced the same type of bug with the last ts. You could see a black dot but the spirit would not show up. I climbed on a small ledge above it and waited and a few seconds later I heard the fire crackle sound and he showed up. I did the same with one of the spirits this morning and what do you know it showed up. Maybe it was just that I had the camera on a different view. It didn’t work on the 3rd spirit

HI!!!!! to anyone who are still struggling with the quest i'm here to help you! (works on ios and android)

1. make sure u click on the quest before you go relieve the spirit
2. go light the spirit
3. turn on the airplane mode until u see a spirit on the ice rink
4. once you see it, turn off the airplane mode and complete the circle
5. after u finish turn on the airplane mode ( this applies to people who complete the circle but still don't see "complete" messages that appear on screen)
6. once u see the 'complete' messages, turn off airplane mode and yeay u done!
