Not if they're not brought there by someone else. They'll need at least two forest spirits, and iirc complete valley as well. I wouldn't advise on bringing moths who haven't completed valley there because they can get stuck there having to finish a trial, since if they go home they'll be required to use the return portal to continue their journey and can't enter the normal portals if they don't want to continue trials yet
There's a reason why there are requirements for players to be able to access this area

For spirits, you will need to relive their memories and exchange items from them like usual spirits! (Yes those cost seasonal candle & hearts)
And all of them will be in an entire new area which is located in Isle.

I DIDNT KNOW I WAS GONNA BE ABLE TO SEE THE SPIRITS AGAIN. I was on android and wasnt able to finish the season, and i finally finished the final quest. i had no idea ill be able to see the spirits again ;A;
