they specifically can't be used when you are in the section where there are musician NPCs actively playing music

when the musicians take a break, then you can use the other props. but it's a very short window.

if you go to the market, you can use handheld props with no problem because there are no musicians there

Does the tuxedo cape change color based on where you are in the game? In Prairie on my screen it looked quite green, and in Isle it looked like the pale purple/pink color of the dunes, but in Forest it just looked orange. Was this my game lighting, or is this an actual feature?

The lightning in the different areas of the realms does make it look as the cosmetics you are wearing changed a bit of colour. You can notice that just by being at Aviary during the different parts of the day. Certain capes show small changes.

The King got so much worse fate than being merely krilled. It's shown in one of Shattering shard memories.

Their very being was shattered along with the ♦️ that ultimately exploded; this first explosion (the Shattering) killed every single Elder in the room too.

in the new season quest! you need a friend to do the piggy back rocket glitch, you can go right through the roof of the area.
when ur on the roof, you have to do the rocket again and go above the clouds then youre in that spot. dont have 2 worry about falling back down, the entire area acts as a cloud no matter where you go

I'm glad I caught the screening for the full film; way more immersive and heartbreaking. It's cool to see just how connected vault actually is to gw temple; it's the same building. But what's the building floating at the top?
Also, I still don't fully understand the ending. Are they doomed and the krill is eventually going to break down the gate, but they still found a moment of respite with sharing the candles?

Regarding 2 embers part 1, the darkness and the krill attack were separate issues, right? To me, it seemed like they were overharvesting light in preparation for the krill attack, and the darkness, the disease that spread amongst the people and animal, were the consequence of the overharvesting of light.

you can use it in seasonal area too but handheld props are currently bugged there, it takes couple of tried to use it and even then it unequips your prop after a while

you can use handheld props in the market just fine. in the general town area, you can only use a handheld prop when the musicians aren't playing music. it's a very weird bug

I tried it on the street (not marketplace) and it kept removing my staff, camera prop diednt even move to make me equip it. Interesting enough you can use props just fine in the temple. Did not test it in recluse hidden area yet.

yeah, the street is where all the musicians are at. the marketplace and Temple have no musicians so the bug can't manifest there
