i feel like it could've been really impactful if we saw a few familiar spirits in the new season. like some base-game guys or from other seasons

You can watch screening on schedule or in the small Hall like area where this season's guide leads you to when you teleport to them from home. Head to the small Hall and you should see three small lanterns on the wall with one small candle each, and they should show in how much time you can see the next screening at. Stand near the second lantern from your left to see the second screening

You can get 6 seasonal candles per day: 1 at the statue (only if you have the pass), 1 in the daily realm, 4 for dailies
There are no tips to give other than diligently collect them every day

and maybe they also want to have their nest done up in a different way! you only have one nest per account, and you can't save presets

Not just that, but as someone that is at times fixated on spirit reports irl I did also read reports where spirits seen weren´t transparent-like figures or even will-o'-the-wisps, but actually looking like living people as well, only having some sort of anomaly like glowing eyes that betrayed them to be spirits, thus it´s absolutely possible for Sky Spirits to appear as their living versions all the same. Would be still nice if we do get to see their true spirit forms as well. :)
