If you have the flaps for it, I usually go to the top of that stone structure when you get into Prairie Peaks and you can see either plants or colored butterflies from up there. (I have not played today though)

Also, peaks has the highest amt of white dye (at least b4 forest plant dyes were introduced), so if you're looking to farm for that, I would suggest targeting peaks for the bigger white dye plants

In the recent livestream about the season behind the scenes, they had considered different ways of obtaining the dyes, they didn't want to do the "destructive" methods such as digging, cutting flowers or something. The dark plants makes sense in the concept of "clearing darkness and free the light creatures" as the core theme in sky

Maybe an option will be to turn off presence of dye plants. So if you don’t want to do the dye you don’t see the plants.

You need to dye everything on a cosmetic all at once. You cant combine or anything of that sort. You now have to dye for third time to have both areas dyed in one dyed version.

so all it does is skip one wl as caped player, and is kind of useless and capeless player

It reminded me of the worm thing during one of the events i forgot which I was on burn out so it REALLy caught me off guard i was just speed running event and suddenly im getting thrown around like crazy

Social area almost always has dye plants mostly small ones though
