Gut feeling, the server might have been confused. A day ago or to—my abyss cape would play the recharge animation, I think in the yellow platform, after recharging all platforms. Normally it shouldn't recharge any platform (since blue wasn't available at that time)

As far as I can tell, some bug prevents the end of the puzzle from triggering. You get the situation where all the arches are made, but instead of this immediately triggering the puzzle end, the arches just disintegrate again.

The cape color thing is kind of frustrating. The first day I wore a red cape but nothing happened when I stood at the stone, all in said was to try wearing a red cape. The next day it worked but the orange didn't work either and it didn't even tell me to wear an orange cape. I've only had the cape thing work twice, one on red and one on green... none of the others give the cutscene. They are all just automatically activated without me having to do anything

It appears after a cutscene, which happens when all (available) colors are fully charged, yes. (The last 2 colors can't be filled in just yet.)

If it doesn't appear, you can try turning off wifi ~30 seconds, going Home and returning, or restarting the app.

Technically speaking, the event did launch at that time for everyone (the intended date) but only Huawei had the 0.21.5 update, so only Huawei players could actually participate in the event, and get tickets early.

It is probably the accumulation of several variables:

• the connection of the user (better connection has better chances to server merges)
• the device of the user
• the state of Sky server settings. Currently AWS (the third party company that hosts Sky servers) must be having a harder time because TGC is trying to tweak bugs from backend and also recently a lot of players have been opening inbox messages + moreover there's the process of giving millions of accounts the 8 tickets when they are logging in

It's 8 a day 7 days a week plus an extra 2 a day on weekends only and then u can get I think 4 extra bubble tickets every time there is a rainbow task in the daily tasks. I just found this out. Lol So actually they may be able to. Also, u can purchase up to I think 7 bubble tickets in the rainbow area for 2 eden candles each. 😀
