take the case off and have a fan on it (not ice pack). also set battery saver mode and disable other things running in the background and it should help. if it heats up a lot turn off sky and let the phone cool back to room temp. hot batteries can expand and damage the phone so it's best not to let it stay warm for long periods

The darkness effect from the manta prop makes the krill memory shard so much easier to look at. It's still somewhat bright at spots, but definitely not retina searing brightness.

isle is the first realm like, 90% of people complete, so it makes sense for that to be more expensive in AC, so there's some work for getting there. Prairie has more spirits to complete, so it's cheaper in AC so that the amount of effort is more balanced.

No idea what's going on with Forest but i can only assume the AC price is because its the most detailed of the elder masks

I actually kind of understand the elder masks (still too expensive) as a long term goal, because it's less grindy than high priced event items. You can only go to eden once a week so it doesn't have that daily CR aspect to it, and you can eventually get it if you just keep playing the game.
That being said, the issue is that it uses AC which requires someone to either do Eden or Red shards, both very flashy. Which brings us back to the whole accessibility issue again.

Even as someone who has never really had issues with game brightness. I think the lighting effects in the game have gotten even worse since i've been playing. This latest update made the game more vibrant, but also increased the glowy factor.

Also, having more content that takes longer to get i can understand. They have to try and balance players that don't do a lot and still want to leisurely collect stuff with players that play a ton and buy up everything and still want more. It does seem to be geared toward the grindy side with the current prices though. They could probably tone it down and still keep those dedicated players engaged in other ways that don't make things feel so out of reach for more casual players.

Chinese players who live in mainland China are either downloading the [skybot wont let me use this word even to explain myself that it's against TOS] which is against TOS and can cause problems because it's not the official app or they're creating a google/apple acocunt that lists their country as not China

you can just go through a transition and come backwards into that area. the krill is triggered when you cross a certain threshold at the start of the area. dont cross that threshold (after reloading the area) and the krill doesnt come. sorry for your lost wl

You can save them for the end of the season, when they get converted to regular candles (1:1), yes. They aren't used for anything other than purchasing things from the current seasonal spirits, so if you're done getting what you want, then you can just collect them for that.

But, I mostly do them with others, since there are usually others there when the Shards land, except for the Battlefield Black Shard and Graveyard

I think black shards see less people in general since there's lots of options for normal candles but AC is only eden and shard

it wasn't the ult in the constellation it was the season's final cutscene. only up until rhythm had that. you 100% and then a little flag appears where that ? is and you click the flag to watch the cutscene

it's nice they moved to the quest model because ftp players can see those seasonal cutscenes now without youtube

Anyone else manage to OOB during the Aurora concert? The rock pillar at the start can be chibi-stepped, my bird went somewhere outside the the funnel clouds at some point, and my jellyfish went thru the wall last time (just posted a screenshot of the last one)

I'm only so close because I bought my pass so late. If I hadn't bought it so late, I'd probably have more leeway. I'm not sure how it works without the season pass, though. I haven't done the math, but I definitely will when the next season starts. Would like to know how they structure stuff, even if it's just for my personal information.

I do agree, though. Being so short on time, missing the rewards because a break is necessary, is frustrating.

If it's the krill shard, it should be on the ground right in front of you. It's possible you already got it, since this one is a repeat from last week.

If it's the actual diamond shard (with the elders getting blasted away) it is at the top.

it also depends on the area if it houses multiple wls.
but if you can't find it after collecting the 2 for example. ancient memories count if you lose wls

But what's for sure is that whenever you light the ult is that it goes somewhat to the deepest Y coordinate of the map and immediately goes back and plays the float animation

Props disappear when the player that placed them leaves the area/disconnects/server splits, so presumably the projector behaves the same way.
