I think everyone here is arguing that there's more strict rules for the rng than that to decrease chances of say: 3 solid months of lightseekers spirits cuz rng be weird like that sometimes

sanctuary just was really a relaxing season. you weren't rushed or set to high expectations. the quests were puzzles but their pace was relaxed and they were fairly easy to solve if you weren't rushing. i think the "worst" part about it was hiking grouch's memory but hey grouch really wanted you to know why they were grumpy when they got to the top.
