But we have a lot of orange

if we assume that the only rules for deciding what ts arrives are those that they’ve made public, it’s definitely possible to be performance. based on past precedent it’s easy to assume they’re restricting arrival until it’s been ~1 year+ since season ended, but there is no actual statement on this that’s confirmed. it’s like people assuming there won’t be a ts from the same season twice in a row. it’s possible, but because the chances are lower people assume it won’t happen

when i learned that in my starting/moth days, i thought "then i have to get them now" and so i spiraled in many months to come of candle grindcore. eventually burning out from candle running after an intense amount of time. and when the new chevron system arrived, i turned into collecting a few (3-10) candles a day, to eventually fall where i am now: not bothering to collect a single piece of wax. then again, that much time of candle running got me to have enough candles to lay back and still be able to buy some ts' that came later

AP owners have like a 14 days grace period (at least usually) for getting the items. They're guaranteed to get all the items as long as they do their dailies and get their daily candles within the season

oh i definitely felt the same thing from my mothling days
i used to constantly go on a 21 candle grind everyday (all realms, geyser/grandma/turtle, wind paths, trials & campfire afk- albeit i feel like i'm forgetting another but yea) and go to eden every reset
which, sure got me to learn the ropes early on or get my 11th on my 2nd month playing the game but i crashed and burned trying to keep up
iirc i've gone through 3 or 4 burn outs already nervous laugh

so i just take breaks from time to time, i'll do dailies and probably do a realm run or not touch the game at all

as much as it ruins my surprise with areas, spirits and other things the game has in store if i search things from the wiki (or lurk in beta kek), i still get the experience out of it.
tgc is quite good at giving their stories personality and emotion be it maybe biased being a performance moth lmao
the first part of prairie would be a good example. first time entering that cloud tunnel to butterfly fields will never be topped on how magical it felt.
it was great, it solidified that this game will be worth it and it'll end up being my comfort game. which it is haha.
which reminds me how i got to this server. literally first time i joined, i ran to live feedback to tell them how i love the game ahaha

first days in sky are magical indeed, some particular scenes still remain magical even after years. after that, the main arc may become monotonous. then there is candles and hearts, need driven by our liking some outfit. i still think collecting is truly worth it as long as you make a responsible decision to not damage your health over time and focus over a game. then seasons and events, never ending, for new and old players, be them as they are for how one personally and communally approaches them. and all the friends made along the way

You can't cancel spells with controller, unfortunately. You have to undock and tap the spell on the touchscreen a few times.
