If you start feeling stressed, my best solution is using "Do Not Disturb" features on my phone to turn off notifications and walk away for a while. It helps to take my mind away from something anxiety-inducing into something calmer. The reading and tea combo is a strong stress reliever for me, it might help for you too There is no shame in walking away from something you do not want to be a part of.

i started on mobile, it's actually really handy because of the variable movement speeds and very fine tuned flight! I can only say that the camera snapping is more workable on PC... and the mobile joystick shifting is very frustrating at times... also the risk of trigger finger(stiff thumb tendon) is very real!
