just glitched outside the area with chibi, flew up the tower til i hit an invisible wall which you can fly around by flying towards a small thingy of clouds a bit further away of the tower, just kept flying up near the tower then til i reached the top (takes a good amoung of time lol) and jumped down inside the tower then until i reached that star shaped thing, which i jumped inside as well (at the top of the tower it's kinda dark, gotta pay attention to where you're flying)
