Considering nexus is such a time sink for a week I much prefer being able to occupy/complete a building within the first 10-15 mins and then my members can log off and enjoy the rest of their day

This is also depends on how many member are participating. 5mins for a very active alliance is acceptable.

Nexus is so entirely broken in so many ways, that im not even bothering
-make it shorter, 3-4 days max
-autobubble people after first hour to avoid burning for hours
-no resource cost on healing
-healing speedups to everyone, so even small ones can play if they get burned
-not to mention matchmaking
-remove checkpoints completely, cities can act as checkpoints
-less points for burning, the current meta is focused too heavily on that
-let people hit villages before taking city, or something similar so small alliances can fight something when big guys fight cities
-give us repair marches, the buildings go too fast in equal fights
-fix the building timers to match the battle time
-more free relocators, it is nowhere near enough in event of this scale

Not sure understand, but in 30 min in 90% cases it's already clear who win. If 2 alliances fighting, as soon one of them reach 50% damage, it's done. And 30 min will be not enough for most of alliances to take control, because: 1. They got not their best online time or 2. They are not super active.

We only won ours cause top alliance played dumb and we had chance to reduce nexus durability fully before next top alliance had chance to capture level 7 to try nexus

If matchmaking was actually done then I don't see why not it could be like mm, but why not then just keep MM at that point and save us from the over longed nexus game in which you'll know once "matchmaking" is done that you'll either be out or not

We've only ever had it maybe once where there was two ish evenly matched alliances, the rest are just one dominant alliance who just end up playing with themselves.

Nexus simply needs to reduce the amount of days down it runs, make all events douable whilst on nexus, grant better rewards and actually have fair matchmaking. Also get rid of the stamina costs or make it cost 1 stam

Hello rewen, I agree - it can be somewhat confusing. The “100% progress to get” rewards listed there take into account what can be gained from the free path and the paid one above, in total. At first glance, it’s easy to misinterpret that for “entirely new rewards gained”, when in reality one’s already getting those 70 plasma cores as is (without spending). Plasma core-wise, one’s only getting +100 extra ones, via the instant rewards. These passes always require a bit of counting to figure out what’s actually be gained. For future reference - I’d suggest counting up / deducting the free rewards gained from the “100% completion ones”, and then adding that to the “instant ones” to determine what’s actually being gained. Hope that helps make some more sense of it!

What looks like a huge drop is the downloads.

So we have lucky slots but not the subscription task event that allows us to gain more tokens. How FP of them to get rid of something that is actually helpful.

I can't help but think if they would actually talk to us, not only by scheduling their developer chats from Camp Cafe, but also by having a group chat with some select players from various states and backgrounds, they could somewhat improve their revenue situation from this title.

Especially since the company doesn't do anything truly new with their development, choosing to use the same model repeatedly, they're not actually learning anything from this experience of value.

I know it testing too but it's pretty similar, the problem is that even with a little group of players they never listened what players said to them, Nexus is one of the results of that. PTR only existed as a marketing tool. It was never actually meant to test anything of significance despite the fact that sometimes things didn't make it through.
It's only meant to exist as a method of generating buzz and excitement, and get an idea of what the overall vibe from people is.
It's not Live conditions and never has been.
The company knows, however, that people will sign up for PTR in order to "test" products and "have some say", while also running back to their main accounts or YT and saying "here's what's coming" thereby increasing the likelihood that if people aren't logging in to try the events, they're logging in to see how bad they are.

The percentage is based off total that's lightly wounded - as you get stronger those lightly wounded change.

It's a tradeoff. Higher damage for higher wounded. Kinda like a glass cannon

I know for a fact that the account in question is the players account and hasn't changed hands at all. English isn't his first language, number one, and he has multiple accounts including in my state because he has been playing the game total for four years. He came from 177 with me. He's my nephew.
He mentioned the account he plays in his current state had a certain number of kills and was a certain level two years ago. He never says in the course of conversation that he hasn't owned the account the whole time, or that the account ever changed hands, and doesn't even insinuate it.

If that specific mod didn't realize two days ago that I was aware of the entire situation, I'm sure he is now.

I don't have a problem with mods as a general rule. I'm friends with more than a fair few of them.

But for me, if someone is very clearly showing a pattern of toxicity while using their mod badge, then they aren't the type of person who needs to be in a position of leadership as such, volunteer or otherwise.

It is my view that moderators are, like any form of leader or supervisor, inherently in a service position. The role of serving the community must override their personal views as a player, including any personal scores to settle. The role needs team players, people who look over the needs of the many by utilizing to a productive and progressive degree, their "powers".

I don't feel, in this case, the counsel that I had previously asked for this moderator has been productive. Obviously this moderator is not emotionally mature enough for the responsibilities.

I can only hope that the rest of the leadership team understands that this is only my specific view and not an overarching opinion of them.

It affected the chance of a draw. Someone getting 2x coins can potentially make double the attempts at the draw unless those accounts did not get those coins after the end of 2nd stage the second time the coins got issued.

As you said earlier, reset of the event caused some coins to go out earlier.

So while some would have 30-40 coins. Others would be at 60 to 80. 2x chance

I have an issue. I have used the banking stuff for my diamonds, 2x. I used the one asking me to lend 2000 diamonds to get 300 extra diamonds and I did the one asking 2000 diamonds and giving the extra 450 pearls.

The issues is, the event is now ended and I only have 2300 diamonds instead of 4300 ... Is this a known bug?

Hello deathfox after doing a little research you can hit an infected on the map and you can obtain a battle report at the bottom of the page. It will look like this
I would also take your alternate account (if you have one) and use 1 troop and attack your settlement and you can get a pvp battle report that way Hope this information helps.

Hello singing Valkyrie, I’m not sure if this is good news, but I wasn’t able to find any bug related to the diamond deposit plan. You mentioned you deposited 2,000 diamonds, which would give you a small amount of diamonds back. You did this twice but only received the return for one of the deposits, correct?

You had 2 deposit at the same time, one giving you a small amount of diamonds back and I got this one. I was supposed to deposit 2000 diamonds and get back 2300 and I got them.
But at the same time you had another deposit event where it asked 2000 diamonds and gave back 45 pearls (or something like this not sure how much since the event isn't visible anymore), and this one just vanished I never got back the diamonds

I recommend contacting customer service as soon as possible. They will be able to assist you in getting compensation for your lost diamonds. I also suggest going through our alternative menu to ensure you get a response from customer service.

I know it might be frustrating to wait for a response, but I assure you they will be able to help you with this issue. When you report it please go through the alternate menu it ensures a reply from customer service, if you go through the regular menu you might get an automated response.

During last Migo all of us had more chance to get Astro coin, for example form the crates as well. This time it is also impossible to reach 8K to get the coin from the crate without spending a lot on temporary things

Yes without spending money it's impossible to reach max lvl in tundra and boiler. As I said earlier at the same point at last migo I was at lvl 80 tundra and finished boiler. For this one I'm at lvl 50 tundra and boiler will not be finished.
The fact that they removed alliance mining and they locked first mining for nexus didn't help to upgrade at tundra.
