• Why is there another collaboration so soon after TMNT ended?
• Why were players not adequately informed of this prior to the event beginning?
• Is the intent of the developers to begin collaborative events with increased frequency, and if so, why?

• Was this tested at all in any states, either PTR or Live, prior to release? If not, why was it released to servers in an untested form?

Can you give us any information about how this collaboration is different, aside from not having a hero? I see we will be building something, for example, so how will that differ from the resonating heroes we normally receive if that information is available?

And when you say the company is seeking a breakthrough with collaborative IPs, does that mean we should expect more frequent collaborations? If so, is there a general timeline we can expect?
Ideally, there should be a small break between collabs, so if more frequent collaborations are in our future, they should not be back-to-back.

Thank you for the clarification regarding testing crossovers. I had not realized this. Are there any concerns the developer team would like us to be aware of in terms of functionality or connectivity while more players engage with the collaboration?

Lastly, I note the communications issue once again. Players need to be informed of these things, so we can prepare for yet another mechanic as best as possible. I understand that there does need to be some level of surprise in order for the company to gain a good revenue boost at the start of an event, but without being notified, many of us can't prepare for more increased engagement or spending.

With the way F+ is managing the game and the pace, are they planning to launch all available events and bundles to milk their customer base and shut down the game?

Well, from all of the above it appears that ‘feedback’ is not working in providing a player view of the game to those empowered to actually do something about it. Yes it lets players vent their annoyance about the multiple issues that they encounter but nothing ever happens to resolve the underlying issues. I see the problem as being the Management of FP are so remote from the actual customers experience that they carry on regardless based on income projections from middle managers. Unfortunately the culture of FP is one where no one ever admits to being wrong about anything as it would probably results in them loosing their job; as a result everyone in the organisation from developer to Board member just reports everything is wonderful and blames external factors for any reduction in revenue that may occur. I also suspect that many of the remaining developers have not played the game for very long so are totally unaware of the numerous broken promises to fix things, they just roll out another buggy event get their pay check and bonus and move on, no ownership no responsibility and (to be brutally honest) no care for the game or customers at all!
Well that’s my humble opinion about the current state of things, some may agree, some may not, but either way the game is on an uncontrolled spiral of decline. Last one out please switch off the lights….

They are at about $5m the last month, so it's a steady decline, but this picked up a bit from previous months. Before that it was $6m upwards. And then if you put that against their 2020/21 figures of $23m+ per month, they seem to think monetary focus amongst a small demographic is the way forward rather than a good strategy that incentivises spending across a wider set of players. Couple this with their ignorance of what players really want is a recipe for disaster, and you can see that disaster unfolding as we speak

You know it's a fix in nexus when the devs pit an alliance that is 2nd in their state against alliances that are 7,8,9 etc. You are really driving the point home that you fix events after the so called malfunction of the random generator for the resistor league a few months back. Remember when you had the top 4 alliances in one group then 'fixed the event' so that they were in seperate groups. 100% gold star effort on event fixing carries on devs.

Dont worry, you didnt miss this crates, you got them, its only visual glitch what disappears after restarting game.

Oh its better than that. You kick off an 8 hour shield and its timer is separate from nexus, so you come back to do some non nexus your shield only counts down while you're out of nexus. I had an 8 hour shield last 3 days.

There's other reasons to not register to it. Their loyalty programs will make some chase the spending to have the bragging rights of being vip 7

And you don't want that. Cuz those rewards don't make any sense compared to the depreciation in value of any spending you do within game.

They had one of the worst loyalty programs in their earlier games and managed to make it even further down the shitter.

There people were told to spend 200k for 3600$ worth of freebies. That depreciated to less than 500$ worth by the time the year ended.

Here they reduced the value given as freebies even further.

You could save that 200k. Spend 50-60k at the end of the year, and end up higher than most who spent 150k+ at the beginning to halfway through. Power creep they do not balance with their loyalty program rewards.

I think the biggest barrier was the additional $ needed to unlock her packs. That cross state ranking reward program was always gonna be dominated by the few who already had her.
