Improvement plan of Nexus matchmaking is under discussion among dev team now... like i've mentioned last week, it is likely to divide the 12 alliances in different camps to keep the overall power ballance... but it depends.. waiting for the final decision from dev team now.

Nexus is being shoehorned in without any consideration to other event. This week we have koth, which is assigned to us from a choice of 5 time slots. Why can’t lvl 2 building and lvl 1 checkpoint be on the same day?

The main reason why this gen skip is needed is the number of players/states are dropping... they need everyone on the same level so they can "matchmake" everyone... at this stage of game, they can no longer or do not want to support different tiers of states...

As usual you cannot beta test an event in production AND tie it to the world event progress. Thats horrendous in myltiple directions

Can you also forward the feedback on mining? The ratio and processing time is too high. I’m a high spender, with passes and 8 marchs out collecting coal only and no way to access other mining types without the cost of abandoning the buildings. There are other tasks that are simply unattainable under the current conditions

What about the bug about players leaving alliance after the Nexus matchmaking only to come back and can't take part in Nexus fight? There was even a compensation mail mid Nexus saying the bug was fixed but it was a big lie. This caused my whole alliance to lose the fighting chance to win Nexus. How do you intend to compensate the alliances that had this problem and the lie that the bug was fixed?

Sorry but this was what was said last Nexus… our rally leader left to join other alliance for cc and when she came back, she had problems with Nexus. She made a complaint and even got a reply with compensation saying the bug has been fixed but she couldn’t fight at level 7 city and for the nexus building. The whole alliance lost as a result.

As states advance, some items are shown with quantities, which note that only a few players will receive them. Alongside the other prizes, this leads to a saturated prize pool for the drawing at Seasons End, yet no odds for the prizes are listed.
How are players to know their odds of receiving prizes, regardless of displayed quantity?

There are two sets of dates available showing the Accumulation and Drawing phases. This may cause confusion and should be clarified if it's for different MIGO seasons or sets of states.

Why weren't players informed this was a potential thought? Some underperformed in earlier stages due to game issues and the introduction of new and confusing events, which means their contribution to their state pool is less than it should have been.

Players have been unhappy with the game, and the recent MIGO. It's no coincidence that the last two weeks of MIGO plus the two weeks following also underperform in terms of revenue. Is this the company’s way of putting the pressure on states to encourage our players to play, when the content isn't satisfactory to warrant their engagement in the first place?

Also, note that the above assumes it's a prize drawing meaning a chance to gain any but not all of the shown prizes, rather than a guaranteed reward.

I literally just did this. I'm conductor today. I was able to join within that four hours with my alts, two different cars, and it's three players in each car.

You have to open it, select your three teams to escort the freight, and then there are four hours before it departs for people to also join.

As I understand, the train captain (one of r4s or R5 themselves) start the train in the timeframe between 00 and 15 UTC. And 4 hours later the train departs.

The part that I'm lacking information on is:

• is it possible to manually appoint players to the train car as a conductor without them joining that car
• is it first come - first serve for becoming a conductor? Or it can be switched
• if so👆can any member of leadership change conductor, or only the train captain?
• and if I understand correctly - everyone get rewards, but only conductor's marches get attacked during the train raid?

I mean I know that I will eventually be able to catch the event myself, but I want to be sure I do understand it. Sorry for so many questions, but you seem to be a person who got familiar with the mechanics already 😅

Great questions!!

Between 0-15UTC the leadership has to select a conductor. Ideally, yours would communicate one specific time for the alliance so people can know when that four hour window is to join.

• no, it is not possible to manually add someone.
• no, you cannot change the conductor once it's applied daily. This is a good idea for alliances to select one person for this role. Ideally the strongest. This is R4/R5 ONLY
• no, no one can change conductor each day once it's been set
• this is the tough one, because the people who join the cars themselves get those rewards, and the conductor gets their main car rewards. Notice the main car rewards are nicer? But yes, only the conductor is attacked, as the escort.

So a few notes:
Make sure your conductor is in communication with the alliance and is a strong player with a good raiding team/escort parties.
Make sure that people queuing to join cars understand someone will be selected at random, and not everyone will get rewards.

In fact that's actually what I am trying to do. And I am also trying to understand the principle of how someone becomes a conductor.

If that's the first player who enters a train car - then it's the problem, because all our rally leaders are hard to get online at the same time (especially in the given timeframe) and our players are sometimes fast as diarrhea (if you guys read this - you know it's true) - they are trying to get in asap without waiting.

R4/R5 selects the conductor, so if there is a strong player who can defend well, it's important that leadership stays consistent and diligent with assigning that person at or around the same time daily.
Communication in this case is exceedingly important, and touching base with the alliance members regarding things like ideal time frames or even escort rotations can really be helpful

Because adjoined (or not the lead) cars randomly select one of the people who queue for them, it could also be an opportunity to do things like "Farm Days" where any alliance farms take their chance at being in a car, or "Hug A Smol" where smaller members are encouraged to join.

Unfortunately, because players must queue, there will always be those who try to get in no matter what.
