Good compensation would be if they would be giving out diamonds for big issues. Even proposed and one of the mods wrote feedback about it long ago. It would work greatly both ways
-players would be happy with received compensation if it was 500 or 1000 diamonds i stead of search maps and 500 bio...
-FP would be motivated to actually deliver tested and working content to avoid having to sent out compensations.

As it is now they dont care and deliver garbage because almost all compensations they do are garbage as well
