It can be seen that's their scheduled time to release them if it's commonly affecting you. However there has been some changes and these will need fixes to conclude the update some updates don't deem worthy to test it seems.
I could recommend you to perhaps consider a #📋︱feedback-reporting about it and suggest to make an announcement in game mails to perhaps give the players a familiar time to get to grips with so we know what time to avoid for these instances.

since these are always unknown times and randomly affects players it would be easier for both parties to just settle it that way, we lose out on any event, during and get upset > lower satisfaction -- they use some of their yearly coffer > issuing comp to everyone.

so knowing, is very beneficial. Just takes a little effort.

Honestly, that's decent, don't get me wrong. But, they should have every hero generation, scaling drop rate to hero gen, as tokens so you can choose which 1 of the 3 you want. Kind of like treasure digs.

Regarding your question, it is not accurate because none of my colleagues and me have verified this, but If the requirements for the Slow Down Custom Task are met and the reset time elapses without the points that were scheduled to be earned being earned, it is expected that the points will be forfeited.

Points can be earned multiple times each day. So we recommend that you earn points before going offline.

We will also test your question at the next Throwdown to ensure an accurate response.

I have found that I do get the most points on Troop Training day myself. I save all my speedups and rss for the month and do one big mass training event that day each month.

First of let's get something straight here.

1. You tried to rank "hording points". Until the last minute to (by default) screw someone who may or may not have done the same thing as you.
2. It's been this way for 4 years
3. RR rules for 4 years said GOVERNOR BUFFS DO NOT WORK. but in fact gov buffs and debuffs and state buffs did in fact work.
4. I can take the same approach but opposite stand point of yours, saying, there is nothing in the rules stating your points will be credited if left unclaimed.
5. Other events do have similar structure 😆
   A. Unclaimed Behemoth trials rewards are lost, they do not get sent to rewards stash
   B. unclaimed journey to glory daily tasks so not add credit to your progress (don't believe me, check it out)

Depends on state. If the state only has 1-2 of those marches you can take center off them if there are more of you, and you can push the fortresses harder. I didn't say win. But its not a forgone conclusion. We've faced and beaten older states, and been beaten by newer ones. The matching for svs is often better than you think.

Like Cyan said, old states have less actives than new ones, so while they usually have more developed players on average, playerpool is smaller and thus they should be opposed with numbers

248 lost half of active guilds already, they combined due to declining playerbase. And thats despite merge.

Merge made more players quit in my state because a merge means they put 3 or 4 states with all different play style in 1 state as result drama and fire. I think they should never have done state merges but just the state transfers like we have now. Players can pick what state they want to play in they can join a state/alliance that has the same play style as them.

I've been playing for four years, four years playing RR and I don't understand how the "building captured" messages keep appearing right in the center of the game screen, so that right when you're sending troops/reinforcing/moving... in a moment crucial and important, the message appears and bang! You accidentally hit it and the game "moves" you to that building and to screw up what you were doing. Is it so difficult for developers to play each event a couple of times and analyze the gameplay? You need to send 2 marches 1 behind the other while it is still the enemy occupying. By doing so when the first one kicks them out the second one refills the tank that you had from the first march. This was the only way to refill tanks without have to do the pull out and resend tactic. I asked some of my alliance members and some remember it but like i said, it seems devs fixed this so you would need to resend everytime to have a full march

I watched my march walk back after knocking someone off a tank today, so if I had sent a second march, I probably could have done what Natsu is saying.

I also watched my marches do the electric slide, the hustle, the Dougie, a bit of line dancing, and there was some SoS Tokyo Drift action

Nothing was visibly displaying where it should have been. At one point, infected attacked the center in a V formation similar to a flock of geese, and I'm pretty sure I watched someone on the other team's behemoth do the supaman at WTC.

Mwy have found a bug. I can have 3 marches in mines. After splitting it 1-1 between 2 different coal mines i could not send a 3rd march to either. I had to withdraw troops from 1 and then resend to both. Cos now i was only occupying 1 mine... i think their block is on the wrong thing

So let me get this straight.
You have to be top 20 to play nexus
Gathering from mines is in nexus
We cannot enter next until after matching?
Devs decrease the conversion ratio
Devs add additional levels to outpost buildings

Devs took away mining in the map.
Devs have done nothing to impotent change in the state forcing inactive or of alliances to not hinder such progress of being a top 20 alliance.
Devs have the event last for weeks and overlap other events.
.....
What happens if my alliance qualifies for nexus, and in a weeks time, we lose top 20 to be able to pay rr/KOH?
What happens then? We have to spend tokens to complete migo task?
Do we lose nexus if we drop out of top 20 after registration 🤷?

Seems like there's a lot of issues with this.
In my state, if the top 30 players split off and make alliances, they could be rank 11-20 😆 definitely got done problems here 🤷

Yes, the event does have a few bugs and a few annoyances

The players would like to see fixes of bugs, lags, food assignments, and improvement of the event.

Observation:
Gameplay in KotH is super glitchy and freezes a lot.
The screen is set to max by default and it is hard to scroll through the map or send marches. The food assignments are constantly removing players from the buildings. This has been a problem from when this event was first introduced.

Consequence:
The glitches lower the game experience and make it hard to react fast. Players run out of food necessary to revive and send marches too quickly because of lost food assignments.

Suggested Solution:
Improve the whole event to be bug free and run without lag. Fix the food assignment buttons to stay on the selected players so they can play the game.`
