Okay so consequences are that it could lead to issues on specific days like Plasma Leakage, where players want their own Intel and not to do others. But they don't want others to do theirs either.
Also, most other times, players who already don't like the feature will just keep getting more and more frustrated as their Intel fills each refresh and they have trouble accessing their own.

OBSERVATION:

Intel Update isn't what players expected. While some don't like the feature, others see it as a method is helping teammates conserve stamina.

CONSEQUENCE:

On specific days, like Plasma Leakage, players don't want others to have access to their Intel.
Players who are dubious about the feature will steadily become frustrated, as their Intel is hidden or inaccessible behind the Intel of others in the Radar.
Inactive Alliance members also popup, which helps no one at all.

SOLUTION:

Some players believe the update to Intel should be rolled back and removed entirely.
Players who can see a use for the feature would prefer:
A filtering and/or toggle on/off function, so inactives aren't displaying or our own Intel can be easily located and accessed
A method of requesting help instead of automatically/passively displaying, showing a notification in Alliance Chat and Radar or as a private invite which will then display on Radar when accepted.
A return of a portion of used stamina, or some sort of quality reward like dino frags/crates or plasma for assisting players

How's that?

Really only need 10 odd for the ones who won't have an alt. Everyone else can supply from alts. If they ever sort out availability of specific accounts to target, it's opening up minimum double stam for all smaller alliances. Bigs with 80 mains will have trouble.

I sincerely wish for developers same situation with money, as we have now with stamina in game - salary critically not enough to pay bills.
What we have now: 10 rallies per day, 200 stamina. 3 intels with 12 quests (4x12+8x8), and 4 supports. plus 5 dino quests. (i will not count extra story quests). So we need at least 656 stamina per day. While we have naturally restored 24x12 = 288 + s deliverys, in total 528 stamina.
I but pass with 10 stamina per day, but 656-528=128, so 13 stamina potions. So even with spending i have not enough daily income to just do daily....

the best way developers can solve an issue - make naturally restored stamina 1 per 2 minutes, not 1 per 5 minutes

second way - add to users possibility to cancel unwanted intels

With an the bugs we have, can you please submit to adjust the TA to correspond correctly with power. Devs probably won't ever do this because it helps players in many many ways 😆 but let's try anyhow
Stat%÷max%×BP per stat type = bp of tempest arm
That's the formula for how tempest arms bp is calculated.
So dumb. It's highly inflating the price and the bp and the migration rating of players.
If they fixed the formula for it to be
Stat% ÷ max stat % in the game × BP per stat type = bp of the tempest arm.
This would not reduce the bp of the piece regardless which state they transfered to because it is a consistent formula. A 5m bp piece with 13% stats is not the same as a 5m bp piece with 30% stats. It's just not.
The current formula sos uses is negatively effecting all players with high powered tempest arms on a lower stats % than the current maximum stats % in the game.
If a 5m bp 13% stat lists for 100k
When the stats increase for tempest arms max, their TA will cost less because their acquired stats % remains the same but the max limit has increased, thus, reducing the cost to show its true value.

I dont think we are loosing rewards when someone completes intel for us. It is just marked with red dot on radar and we grab rewards same way as when we did that intel ourselves

Unfortunately it seems that's the most of us are having the same issue. As per #🐞︱bug-reporting , the most if not all the players are affected by this issue. We have reported it.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon

I find myself usually having to tap into my reserves weekly just to do intel, fiends,dreads and then on top of that the 5 extra infected for TMNT event.

A few thoughts from earlier, some just more pointed now:

1. If this was there attempt at getting people to do intel, they've lost the plot. Maybe people aren't doing intel because of a. stamina, b. redundancy, c. rewards?
2. A more useful feature would have been to complete someones entire intel, at a drastically reduced cost of stamina consumption, or upon completing it you are rewarded extra stamina eclipsing what you spent and similar to now counting towards your own intel being completed. Why?

Hmmm...teammate is in the hospital, teammate is on vacay, teammate is at a family engagement, teammate is at a wedding or getting married, teammate is moving - you know, common reasons why people might not be in the game for days, weeks, or longer?

When doing reports, we should DEFINITELY tell FunPlus exactly what we want for rewards and not leave it up to their interpretation. Not saying that will get us anything but at least we'll know we were explicit as possibly in the changes we wanted to see

The ally help techincally does help with stamina. If someone is struggling and you have extra you can help them. However thats still stamina spent that the game doesn't compensate for. If you have a silly farm thats just been accruing and never doing intel, it can help a lot of people. Don't even need to be strong.

The problem is that 90% are struggling with stam and 1-2 farms aren't a solution. Everyone is in the same boat. Raise the cap from 200 to 300. All thats needed for some as it means the overnight sleepy time accrues more than it used to and probably helps out for normal usage.

Nexus or infected svs day are a different problem

Well, if they hadn't butchered the traditional Skin Store there might have been an even split. Some could be had with pearls, some with skin tickets, meaning all HQs would have been accessible through an event, said traditional store, and sets via MIGO.

Gen skip states are still being held back, the introduction of these styles mean that Gen 13 - 17 are needed BUT there is no way to get the capsules, especially for Gen 13 and 14, gen 15 - 17 are only in epic searches BUT are too few, the only other way is Rays place but that is too few every 2 weeks. Epic searches needs to have anything not related to gen 13- 17 removed. The Devs want all these states who they gave heroes out of the normal rotation, just because they dont know how to matchmake smaller groups . They help Gen Skip states to grow faster. Of course they wont, because their favoured alliances might actually lose on a fair and level playing field

Yes totally. Personally I do not think Alliance Helps should be on the Radar or need to be. They are the same as Helping Alliance Training which appear on the map.
