Well I actually liked tycoon event this time around. I 1st or 2nd place in every stage but the first stage. So I got some 3000 tycoon tokens and maybe spent $60. All I bought was that subscription thing and a few different packs. 🤷‍♂️
I think the second version I spent way more on that event.

I know little about tech and whatnot but how much space does this game take? 7 gbs or more. Not sure and just too lazy to check my phone. But if I remember correctly otr was like 10 gb and live app was over 6. I'm sure that has something to do with everything but like I said clueless about this stuff. All I know is my phone is a brand new Samsung whether at home on wifi or on 5G connection I will experience all the same same problems. Lagging and loading issue. App crashes. Ghost matches. If everyone in my allaince that is experiencing this at the same time in the same event, it's clearly the game and nothing but the game

I agree with you, but before you make a bug report they have to be sure it is not your device. If you are the only one that make a ticket it is not clear if it is your device or your phone. So doing the troubleshooting can help with that question.
If there are 100 tickets, it is sure it is not the device.
But it is always eliminate where comes the problems from.

Those are the basic stuff for if it helps you are quick done. If it does not work they can search further.

This is why when I submit a ticket, I include that I have tried reboot, clear cache, delete/reinstall, etc.. in my ticket

In france we have an internet provider that is specialist with that. You can call the support only with a phone connected to the modem. When you report an issue they ask you to unplug and replug the modem, so ending the call.
When you call them back they send you to another person in the support that makes you start from the begining and ask you to reboot the model again.

The fun part is when they are insulted they hang down cause people aren't showing them respect and reports in the media a raise in harassment of their support.

I really start to feel the same with SoS.

Probably not devs fault either in the end. They are tasked to do a new update and not fix bugs cause fixing bugs don't bring money. They are asked how long for this? They answer 2 weeks and the board say "You have only one hurry"

And that's how you do an update not tested at all that makes the game impossible to play

Also lately in company like funplus senior devs are fired cause they cost too much money and they hire new one with no experience. But since no experienced employees are left they can't be formed.

But well, don't ask those people managing the stuff to use what is between their two ears and is supposed to be a brain right? 😄

Like I'm not expecting them to know where in C4D, Maya or 3DSM textures are applied or how to work with them in any capacity, just what an actual texture map is would probably be a good start, especially if someone shows you a picture with a texture map issue

I can only advice you to make a bug report in game and comming right after here with your ticket number and your screenshot, it take 5 minutes to explain your situation to a mod and they will happily write the bug report for you OR send you the link to a same bug report

But they made it 2:1 & 5:1 🤷

Over the course of 4 years, nearly every player who has spoken here as commented about lack of stamina.
Its still not been adjusted to accommodate the inflation of stamina consumption 🤷

1000+ valentines day votes, like said above, still happened.

2000+ players complained about the erroneous timers on the first ever cross state hq skin event.
Instead of fixing the event they implemented (without bugs or flaws, immediately) a recycle store (conspiracy, lol it was not the first time this has happened)

Hundreds of Players complaining for weeks, on dozens of occasions, items were removed from their backpacks (and in some cases, more items removed than the bug gave them) still never been fixed.

Thousands complained rewards did not reflect the aftermath of state merge player inflation. Many players threatened/informed they would quit if rewards were not adjusted, (we all know what happened here 😆) many players actually quit. 60% of the rally leads quit in the first 3 months after state merge. At least for my state. 🤷

We ask for:

• Less time consuming events, we get the opposite
• Less restrictions on gameplay, we get the opposite
• A specified time for alliance events, still have the 3-4 time selection after a year of complaining
• simple, easier, relay of information for events, it's insignificantly improved in the past years.

Turtle on Evelyn won't give much offensive power, because she's not really a damage output hero unlike Lan, or Mia. But Evelyn will reduce the increase wounded rate from her healing. So, combinations matter.
You can't just throw them in anyone and expect the damage output to outweigh the wounded received 🤷

Also, they're more designed for strong hitting weak 😜
Strong will output more damage, killing weak a lot faster than the weak can damage the strong even with the added bonus of receiving more wounded 😆

i have been playing this game since December of 22 and have signed in for 524 days, including today. I have signed in while at home, i have been in the hospital and signed in just long enough to the daily stuff. I have signed in while in for surgery, while I was in for a heart attack, and with other major issues. I have signed in when my wife has been in the hospital and i even went out and bought a tablet so that it would be easier to play when i was not near my computer. I am physically disabled due to work and other activities in my 61 years. I have put well over 5k into this game and that works out on the conservative side of 10 dollars a day. I do not want to leave the game but I am ready to because of the lack of support from the developers. They do not care what we say or do they do not care if we threaten to stop spending because some other sucker will fill in the gap. I really wish I could find a game that I like just as much as this one to start playing and uninstall this game and delete it from my phone and tablet and forget it. The devs need to wake up and smell the coffee because they driving this game to be just like Army Men Strike dead and useless.

To circle back on my question yesterday.

Observation
Various CSRS at FunPlus do not know what a Texture Map is. It also appears my GM does not know what a Texture Map is.

Consequence
I have now had to reopen an in-game ticket multiple times until CS finally realized there is in fact a Texture Map issue related to Ghost's drums. What happened next? "Technicians have verified that the display issue is related to the Hero Grimm". The rest of the response makes me worried that this is beyond just a case of a character misidentification since Grimm and Ghost start with the later G.

Solution
It would be extremely helpful if all individuals working at a game company that interact with players knew what a texture map was, but more importantly knew the games characters and their skills. Grimm does not have drums as a skill. Only Ghost does.

Frustration
At one point CS asked me if I could report and provide SS for the affected level. Then my GM repeated the same when I asked what is actually happening here. I had to explain to both that if a Texture Map is missing, levels and challenges do not matter, a player will always see this error if the affected character is used.

You may discover in addition to infected being stuck, there are two other bugs/issues.

1. When you are able to clear them by running up to them and killing them the scene will then become empty, you will hear or see no approaching infected, your heroes won't be fighting anything but the "next wave" button if pressed will keep highlighting as if a new wave is being sent but nothing will ever appear. The only option here is to exit the challenge.
2. I got to 5K, and then 6K Infernal during Gen 11 hero challenges. Last night I died on Infernal 700. Same hero combo minus the 1 Gen 12 requirement, and that character is already on purple brain and has skills updated to LVL II. So it seems they may have made this harder again.

New Intel, the ally / help intel so far is uselss, takes up clutter on intel screen, pops up over intel you actually want to do and seems to hide the actual intel you want at times from spawning.

I've had it a few times where I go to do a normal intel, it then poofs and one of these ally intels shows, then I'll need to come out and back into the intel screen for the normal intel to show of lucky.

Only good thing I like is that they made getting the completed intel rewards one less click, which needs to be applied elsewhere for better experience and less tediousness 👀

I don't know if SVIP 15+ might contain a VIP program but if it does and it's anything like the current VIP program, players that are not in the $5-$10K/month or higher bracket or have the direct connection to DEVS or higher FunPlus staff might find themselves sorely disappointed.

They invited me to the VIP program when I hit 900M BP. This was during a time I had some intermittent weeks of ridiculous spending so while others might claim it was for other reasons I'd challenge that in that FunPlus thought they saw someone on their way to spending $7K-$10K every 2 weeks or month on SOS.

It's been disappointing to say the least. Three or four months in they realized "hey, maybe we should give these VIPs another gift besides the zero buff, pretentious looking frame that literally says VIP (your peers will enjoy seeing that) on it, and the one time rewards" that speak nothing of a VIP program.

I'm guessing I was not the only player that asked the GM months after being in the program where were these additional rewards inviting us to this program was supposed to deliver?

Recently, due to using the secret menu more than I ever have to report bugs I realized that the GM is just an elevated CSR, potentially working in that exact department. Was she able to make a few things happen more quickly? Yes and no. Did I ever get anything else additional? Only a care package from a Trucks bug and I had to really push for that.

TL;DR - it's going to be disappointing, FunPlus doesn't know how to deliver and manage a VIP program as they want it to be staff based and the staff is stretched thin/have other responsibilities.

with the new bug one thing i found when this happened in the past is using any buff that stalls the opponent can negatively impact the game causing the infected to stop in their tracks and unable to be targeted so i would refrain from using them

It is standard practice for me not to use those buffs at all

Alarm Card is absolutely still bugged, don't use it. I only ever use Saw Blade or Hair Color Spray or Battery (for stam) with golds because I'm so terrified I'm gonna have a buggy one.

They outsource their CS, and considering they don't even tell players the correct skill descriptions, I somehow doubt CS will be given descriptions either. They will come up with some implausible reasons like proprietary info for keeping it from CS.

Long back we had asked a CM to push for an API for the game which could yield necessary data useful for players through mods. Outright refused. I believe till date mods have to gather all data manually still.

If the language is correct, we're helping them and potentially us "complete Intel missions faster". So maybe they have less intel missions to do when they play, and one of our intel missions is now accounted for.

What would have been more useful IMHO is the ability to do all the intel missions for your bestie or any alliance member who for example was in the hospital, on vacay etc., but you still wanted to make sure they were getting some of their MIGO or other daily points, and by extension helping the alliance.

Of course they'd need to work on better stamina consumption for this and give better rewards. Even if a kind act a player shouldn't suffer by helping another player

Now we're here lol. I would not be surprised if this is the driver, as there are so many things being done which can most likely mean more and more players are slowly becoming inactive.

If this is it, it's amazing to me. How about they try and change the rewards? They also have our feedback reports so it's not like they're shooting in the dark here.

With Power Play, they're actually on to something. Instead of being in a group you'll never get the max rewards or rank no.1, you're not in a much much better matched group where it's super easy to rank.

My lvl 22 farm and P7 alt have gotten no.1-3 multiple days without doing anything else besides what I was already doing. So base more dailies on this type of format, improve the rewards even more, and let's see if that drivers engagement

If I can't do something, I would like the option to send a general alliance invite, having it pop up in Intel and AC, or allow players to send individual invites as well - maybe I want my alt to help me specifically or me help my alt who is lower on stamina.
