The path I put in writing will get you to a place where the ticket is not automatically closed with a generic reply. I hope this helps

If the prizes are the card packs, they don't show in your backpack. Access the cards garbage from the short cuts menu. You can open them there

Looking at the wheel, the card packs won't show, the building might not but should be in your build menu. The upgrade crystals should be in your backpack.

I hate the turtle cards. Everyone joining after this event misses out on something that makes you stronger. That means they can never have this bonus and 2 people who have the same EVERYTHING but the one who has been around 1 month longer wins. Cos they got to play this event and the other guy didn't.

Thats not the same as missing out on a basic decoration. Or an hq skin (hq skin stat bonus has a maximum) its literally "here are stats you will never get"

There is a general concept here that FP are attempting. In that you can build a 'profile' based on 3 generations of heroes. The reality however is such that the player base doesn't see or play it like that so when new heroes drop, they just see 3 new 'powerful' heroes that need levelling.

The explanations' over how 'these profiles are made up is terrible though and the fact that the stats difference is significant' enough that people NEED to level all 3 to be able to have effective rallies against others.

Wait so reading that... Number one, you can declare a coalition of alliances. This allows you to cast essentially a secondary "shadow" attack in a neutral building to aid in your coalition of alliances.
The points of occupying which are gained by your ally, but attributed to the ally alliance.

I'm guessing the Coalition is one like that on a larger scale to be used for bigger battles? Sort of like an KvK version or something?

After some digging: The danger of hacking and such is unrelevant to your UID. However, when someone has your UID, they can use means like VPN and unofficial sites to send you diamonds and get your account banned this way.
That's why it is advised to not post it publically.

I hope it’s all states. Else there will be so big difference between strongest and weakest on same map. But they have problem matching anyway, so are always some that are much stronger and some that are much weaker.

Matching small alliances should be really easy, just compare strongest rally leader in each alliance.

To retrieve a stolen account, move the character account to a hackers account etc. the hacker would need the players transaction IDs, purchase receipts, and the date the account was created. Depending on the method of “recovery” other details may be requested. CS isn't just going to move someones account or recover it with the UID only.

I just checked all the in-game methods/user journeys.

This would assume a very large hack has taken place and we're dealing with a sophisticated hacker that has way more info than just the players UID. They need access to the players payment method(s), Google Play/App Store, iCloud etc and/or email where the transaction IDs are.

You can easily get someone’s account creation date through social engineering, but even here, which account are we referring to? Many players have multiple and asking details about a specific one that isn't a players main should be seen as suspicious to most people because now we've moved from "general" to "specific", a key aspect of recognizing when one is being socially engineered or ripened for a hack or scam.

This feels to me like one of those items that folks are just repeating what they’ve heard, but I’m struggling to believe this actually ever happened with just a UID on its own.

Question: If the UID can lead to an account hack, why isn’t it masked by default with the eye icon, and a password or 2FA used to reveal it? This is not a new feature and one I've seen in dozens upon dozens of products for what feels like at least a decade and a half now.

There have indeed been instances of account security issues specifically in ways which you've mentioned, including the use of UID from those in positions of - let's say higher - access. And the company knows it. Their cs doesn't.

Because we know of issues, and we want people to have relative safety (insomuch as a game company can provide users)

All this to say, I miss our mods being the Facebook staff. At least then they'd likely offer to raise the issue even while promoting the use of UID, and not outright lie.

Funny you should mention that. Just today I was thinking back on how we got to the point of everything costing money.

When I first started SOS, it was frowned upon to advance by spending, at least in the state I started the game in. Then more and more players jumped on the spending bandwagon.

Whether F+ would have corralled us to this point regardless if we had taken a different direction is not something I can answer but it seems to me that spending on everything they put out back then sure didn't help us long-term

Ironically, at least a significant portion of the oldest game's players ended up playing svs without troops as well as the finale of the event itself.

So after there announcement that they fixed the boiler and processing time. Compared to last migo it’s still appalling… 1200 = 600 and takes 3h to do. whereas before it was 1:1 and took 20 mins. 😒

Now you need 2 limes per concrete and 5 coal ores per coal

I mean it’s still nice rewards for free essentially. And you get the star coin thing. Which you can get 2 of this season without spending. Which is cool because you could get a migo skin or test your luck with 2 TA crates.
