I don't think there is a one stop answer to this, simply because its the same back handed calculations that the developers use to manage migration scores etc. The only real aspect is to do with taking a top down view of:

• Total BP (or equivalent state power score) within a state
• Top 70 Players in the state and how they equate to the above
• Number of 'active' (and this is subjective IMHO) participating members in a state for events
• HQs above a certain level

If I recall, the first 1m troops counts towards scores for transfer, so I would have at a guess this is somewhere inside that.

You have to be careful with this feedback. Essentially this is what you are saying:

1. We are aware there are licence restrictions preventing access to the TMNT event in Russia/Belarus
2. An unofficial unsanctioned or supported ToU breaking route is being used to access the event by some individuals
3. Those using that route cannot purchase from the stores
4. Please provide the missing coins to complete an event that we are not supposed to have access too, or admit to circumventing via an unsanctioned route (see point 2)

Please also note, regardless of what people say, there isn't, nor has there ever been a communication, admittance or direction from Fun Plus to use a VPN. This is entirely at the individuals risk, and any potential ban they may receive as a result of breaking the ToU

VPNs that provide an advantage in price differences or lead to other users loading accounts is what gets folks highlighted.

Changes in IP address will be normal often enough and I don't believe they can tell whether it's a VPN or a normal change in address game is accessed from.

Here's the issue with that, because they only see things from the same manipulative lens they themselves practice.

1. I'm a digital nomad.
2. Many clients require me to use a VPN to access their tools, libraries or other systems.
3. Ally Bank and other N.American banks won't allow you to access their platform outside of the country, so you need a VPN.

So, their TOU assumes again, players are using a VPN for instances that abuse the game, while innocent players like myself have zero interest in doing that and I just want to access my client portals, and bank.

That is accurate, Chek. While VPNs are not explicitly stated as a violation of ToU, the use of them could potentially fall under a few different umbrellas within the service agreement.
It's deliberately vague for that reason, as all are. If a person in, say, Iran is using a VPN simply to play the game without accessing alternative pricing options, then that falls under a normal use. The company however accepts no liability if that user incurs service issues as a result of using that VPN.

As previously stated, if a person is using a VPN to access alternative pricing options, that falls under a misuse and the company accepts the responsibility to revoke that player's services.
The same is also true if there are players accessing content and pricing options outside of international laws, regulations, and/or sanctions. So promoting the use of VPN is something I do think the moderators should stay away from in terms of liability - because you're more replaceable than we are - and be clear that the use of a VPN is something each user takes into their own liability as it relates to the Terms of Use.

Firstly, I'd like to start off by stating that, as we know, the Terms of Use are intentionally vague in regards to various topics. One of those topics is software/hardware.

When discussing how the Terms of Use correlate to specific case uses, we have to assume first that the Terms of Use are vague enough to allow for manipulation of context in either direction. Sure, we know the devs can manipulate context when they say "this user used a VPN to access the Brazilian store and they're in Russia and it's a consistent issue so their service is suspended", but how does that same contextual manipulation work in regards to users?
In short, it doesn't. Well, it does, in that if you can prove that you've had no unsatisfactory uses, no misuses, etc, and all the documentation is there, then you would be able to work alongside customer support in recovering your account.
Which I do have reference to happening with some prior account bans. It took months in some cases, but a few users were able to recover their accounts when illustrating good faith use. But it's an uphill battle and it can get annoying.

I would also like it noted that the company doesn't view VPNs as inherently negative or malicious, the same as they don't view personal security softwares as inherently negative or malicious. It is only when the use of VPN is for malicious intent or violates the Terms of Use (profiteering, hacking, doxxing, circumventing proper pay auths, etc) that it is viewed as negative. Sort of like how security software isn't bad until it shows that FunPlus transmits data or has poor site security protocols which flag as a spam risk.

I mean, as an American, it's something my country actively promotes as a part of personal security, is utilizing a VPN. HOWEVER, if it were to be used for unsafe or unauthorized reasons, aka violations, then I would be liable for the consequences of that use under most ToU/ToS which have such clauses regarding software/hardware usages.

The fact that I am both under the weather and more baked than a cake makes all of that ^^ impressive. Btw

Previous stage reward will be unlockable in later stages. Like if we are in the 2nd stage, upgrading above 16 won't give you rewards towards the 3rd stage, but you will have to finish all the rewards stages from stage 1 to be able to get the rewards for stage 2.
In the case for a free to play player it would be better to save up as much dice as you can before spending them as repairing those buildings can become really expensive especially on higher levels.

It sounds about right, not that I was or intend to do anything that was causing me any great deal of stress regarding a VPN.

I just wanted a clear answer because I use a VPN for client engagements, banking, and security. I have one on all 6 of my devices

Fun fact: I contracted at a large music label once and had to use a VPN on top of a VPN, which raised some initial concerns by the companies IT department that this could be problematic due to how their VPN and credentialing worked, but it actually worked to everyones surprise. This was at a time when 2 VPNs running simultaneously was believed to be problematic, especially on a MacBook Pro, but it worked without a hitch, once I started them in the correct order and initiated one small step first.

I did ask someone here the other day and the answers seemed vague and by the book, not specific to my particular use cases, which as I pointed out to them and here as well have nothing to do with what FP would be concerned about.

There is extremely little to recommend the truck event. It exists. Its not compulsory. Its not very good. If your alliance isn't set for shared raiding, don't play it. Or just accept you'll get raided and run with the dinky rewards

I played the account on my phone close to 2+ hours without a crash or performance issue. The settlement is in an alliance that is just farms with no premium HQs, auras, sentinels, or guardians, but guess what?

As soon as I found VIPs hive, the game crashed.

I was told by a GM this issue will be fixed in 1.21.40. We'll see...

Of note, the GM never suggested turning on notifications as a fix to performance or crash issues

Player quit. this is always happening.
Just the speed, in which this is happening, is affected by a few factors.
One factor is the game and devs that make player quit (bad events, bad rewards, ...). Right now, the speed of quitting from this higher.
But one factor is also the attitude and behavior on the state. For example doing the KE will for sure make the state faster empty than not doing it.
And one factor is also the behavior of the top alliance. A greedy one, that is not sharing and burning other player for fun will for sure go down way faster than a state that even help the weak and cassual alliances.
For example Bunker sharing over taking all. Might not be much, but it does affect the state.

Merging doesn't work well because spenders, big or otherwise, tend to stay. So you have events where theres criss state and those 10 spenders (for arguments sake) face off. Then merges happen, between 3 states, so now there are 6 spenders in one state rather than 2. But cross state is still 5. So now you have 30 spenders facing off. State merge is often the leading cause of state transfer

I get this when there is a lack of resources to load the game, typically within emulators. the "loading resources" message seems to be more prevalent on low peforming devices for some reason. I'm not saying its the issue, but this same thing has popped up for 2-3 people in the last week.

Its a coding issue then, the game client is expecting a service to target, so the notification service is that service, if the notification can't reach that service then realistically it shouldn't matter, but its like the client is in some kind of 'holding pattern', which is just....ridiculous, weird and sloppy

I think the terminology is wrong; in my view the position around placing events at fixed times that are not group based events, or constitute a need to focus in on specific matching groups don't need a window to play in.

Dino, RoR are such examples because they are individually targeted. So if I come home from work, get up, do it in my lunch break or on a bus at 2am, it shouldn't matter and shouldn't be forced to make myself availble in those time slots. Even to a degree Survival Royal

Something like rain of riches, which is mostly client side should not have any real server impact (other then people who use auto .... ) and as they limit it to 100, it's even less server impacted, something like... path of water, I kind of understand as opening more server side space.
