Observation:
The new TNT event shell shock.
The event itself is so slow and laggy, Its WAY to difficult, you get WAY to little upgrade materials. 3 levels complete and it took forever + i barely got materials for upgrading.

Consequence:
Make no sense to do the event with these rewords. Its only 6 days event Its hard to upgrade with these rewords.

Suggested solution:

• Update rewards of the event to worth the time
• Give a crate to match the hero level
• Give players upgrades done based on their turtle levels like with behemoth.
• We want to be able to upgrade a single thing after EVERY level.

5 alliances, in a 6 week old state. Kind of gives you an indication of how new states are performing. Only 2-3 of these alliances have a full compliment of active players

Behemoth trials was kinda fun for me when I played it first 3-5 times. After that you notice how they made it barely playable, it is lacking in every aspect. It is just a game of chance where you absolutely MUST get some vital upgrades, without them winning is impossible and there are no different builds really.

We are trying our best to resolve issues. Send feedbacks, most of the times we raise our concerns, we fight for us (players) but others can't see it , doesn't mean we are agreeing with everything devs do.
We are affected as much as any player in game.
At least players have us, to vent on, we are here to listen and help.

-cut the time of rounds down to 3 minutes survival. The later rounds extend far beyond the mandated 6 minutes either way. Some going more than 20 minutes without the pass.

-killing first and second wave bosses should drop part of the xp / skill upgrade mats. Instead of each round being a 0/1.

-Area of effect range for the attacks should be defined clearly. It's tangibly larger than what's shown for the bosses. Specifically the 5-6 shooter waves, they don't hit but still cause damage.

-if session length cannot be shortened down to 3 minute rounds, record progress within the event in case someone has to drop the event for any reason, allowing them to come back to continue at a later stage. No reason it can't be done for individual pve play.

Shell shock is much worse than trials. The grind for a SINGLE upgrade thats basically required to progress beyond lvl2 is about 16 plays of lvl1

This is a week long event. Wanna make people not hate you for once? Upgrades now cost 1/2/3/5/8. The prizes on offer are not worth the time spent. Reduce difficulty by about 50% on everything but lvl1

The prizes are minimal event currency. No f2p is going to buy something amazing with 400 bits of pizza. None but the most dedicated of whales are going to play through all 10 missions
